I'm loving this bike everyday! got mine right after they launched it here in the Ph last December and all I could say is the bike is Phenomenal. I feel really good driving it 😊 I must say I made the right decision in getting this as my first big bike 😊
Same here mate! Was looking at the Honda Rebel 500 for a long time but now seeing this and it being nearly 6K cheaper(in my country) than the honda while being not so different from one another, gotta say the 450 CL-C has me on a chokehold at the moment.
Best looking Chinese bike design wise,it's better than any HD motorcycles I've seen.they also nailed the weight normally cruisers are super heavy.what keeps me from buying it is the unknown reliability...I wouldn't have that peace of mind driving it long distance or owning it long term.Styling wise I give it a 10
This was my sentiment as well regarding reliability but now that the 450ss has been out for a while I think the drivetrain has proven reliable enough for a budget cruiser. Looking to get one as a second motorcycle for longer distances next to my MC19
Simple solution for the high rear fender adjust the rear shock make it more softer to lower it and be near the top of the rear wheel and when you sitting at it while riding the motorbike.
Realistically you don't need a monster motorcycle in the Philippines. This is a bike that you clearly own not because it's fast but because it gives you a great experience writing it. The 270° firing order really helps add to the retro experience. Recently I heard another CF 450 Moto model with a Yoshimura exhaust. My gosh did it ever transform the sound of that motorcycle into something like a Moto Guzzi or a V4 engine sound. The experience of cruising around on a retro bike in comfort without lovely sound would be good enough for me to enjoy.
What a good looking bike. If you’re 5’7” and can flat foot it that’s great. I’m 6’1”, I may look like a giant on it. Great review, thank you for posting!
This is really a good beginner bike. First of all meron syang gear tracking nakikita sa dashboard kong anong gear ka so hindi nakakalito just for me because im a lazy rider minsan nakakalimutan ko kong anong gear na ako😂 tapos yung yung lining ng handle bar sa sholder looks comfortable pati sitting position with semi forward pegs. Mala triumph nga talaga.
I really enjoyed your review, I know it may appeal to beginners but maybe think we can drop "the beginner tag" I think it a great bike in it's own right, too often bikes of smaller displacement get written off as just "beginner bikes" I have large displacement bikes but still enjoy jumping on a smaller capable machine which is every bit as fulfilling to ride as a large one, anyways keep up the great work!
a great video and I agree with you about the rear of the motorcycle. But there are saddlebags made of antique leather that cover the large gap between the tire and the fender perfectly and also look extremely good. Greetings from Austria
Dang, ganda ng bike na to. 😍 hirap lang mamili between this and speed 400 since magkalapit lang price nila and mas okay brand ng triumph since matagal na sila. Pero kung strict cruiser lang, eto na talaga. 👌
I hope you get to review the Kawasaki Eliminator soon I like the low slung seat with "normal" peg position. I'd bet you can stand up on the Eliminator. It looks like CFMOTO CL-C has the traditional cruiser-style of forward peg position.
The space between tire and fender is the cost of having long travel suspension , results into a much softer riding experience. Looks fine once mounted . Wish it had a V twin though .
same sentiments about the obr seat, good thing there will be a single seat configuration for this called the low rider not the concept one, hoping it will come sooner here in the ph. nice review
A mono-shock rear has the advantage of giving more travel than twin shocks. This gives a smooth plush ride. That is probably why the rear mudguard needs to be a bit higher to provide clearance. You can take off the mudguard and get filth and mud shot up your back when it rains if you like but please don't press manufactures to deny us a decent mudguard
Watching this while owning one. Torn between this and the Rebel, after a couple of reviews I'm convinced and bought one. The best choice ever! Edit: @5:57 no, it only has 12L fuel capacity
@@seanmack4552 it's 4.7 liters per 100 kilometers so around 21 kpl Edit: I'm not fuel conscious so I drive 100kph above on the freeway when I get to ride it
Will there be any issues with the belt drivetrain rather than chain? Thanks a lot, im comparing this also to eliminator and rebel before making a decision to buy
I think cfmoto is nailing it with this bike, my guess is that it will be just as good as all the other bikes cfmoto has provided us with, to be honest I think you get a lot more for your money than with some of the other bikes mentioned… and yes the resale value is lower but I think if the reliability is good it’s a definite keeper 😊💪
Hopefully they can get the fuelling right for once? I’ve had 3 cfmotos and I’m not having any more because of the fuelling.. what does cfmoto have in common with Christopher Columbus both needed better maps..
I think you forgot to mention (or I didn't catch it) what puts this above the Rebel 500. This actually uses an engine with a 270° crank to give that sweet grunt.
@@MrElosobearNo. The sound gives a sense of being on an actual cruiser bike, plus it's belt-driven. In other words, features to price ratio, not just the price
Is there possible ways of changing tyre dimensions..... little bit chunky on this bike..... something more eye catching (at same time gripping asphalt as well)... please....
wow! this one got my attention better than the new Kawasaki Eliminator! that stock exhaust sounds nice too.. and totally agree, it would be a great canvass for custom builders.
Yeah, its very subjective. Some would want to cut it out because they want the bobber type with the single seated one but for those folks who ride alongside their partners, its much better to have that part :)
I wouldn't replace my Harley with one - well not for interIsland rides - but I'd get that any day over a Honda-snoozefest-Rebel. Oh yeah ++++'s for the full review in English 👍

The Caco test is the best segment.
Caco test should become standard. 😂
Yup 100%! 🔥
Definitely will be using this as my basis from now on 💪🏼 😅
Indeed. I love (and need) those because I'm actially shorter than Sir Caco hahaha
Anyone knows how tall Caco is? Or namention ba sa video that I just missed it? Honestly very curious since I am a short rider myself.
What's his height?

How is it for long distance?
Fuel consumption mo sir?

rusi good for you
when you get it? I am pretty hyped for it too. May you share some experiences :>
i gotta say, the tail looked proper when you sat on it...
yeah just how it is with mono shocks.. same sa honda steeds... they look too high kung walang nkaupo
or if ayaw makita yung gap. maglagay ng saddlebags.

Politely calling him fat😊
@@dariomatic3182 I dont think so. I am 189cm and own a Honda Rebel 500. I have no issues whatsoever riding it - and I do long rides.
for biginner and for daily ride think this bike is phenomenal
Best review of this bike so far. Thanks for the great content!
This bike with 800cc engine like in NK800 would be amazing. Hope they make it.
18km/L for a 450cc bike? Everything seemed very good until I heard that fuel consumption.
lol true my bestie , BMW 1250 GS gives around that range and even better sometimes 😂
Nearly doesn’t seem right does it….
He had tank size wrong so probably threw his numbers out when working it out.
I had rebel 500 2022 no more than 4/100 with too much effort
CF MOTO engines arent known for being fuel effecient. Faster Engine Carbon buildup is a known issue as well.
Caco test for the win! You guys are too funny. I ought to swing on by and say hello to you guys.
And now to convince him to do it for every bike going forward without rubbing him the wrong way.
this is going to be my very first bike. so happy cfmoto released it just in time
Great and very detailed review. thumbs up from Malaysia
I hope the CL-X will have reiteration over this 450cc engine. Good competitor for the new Triump Speed 400 and Scrambler 400x.
Or a scrambler version would kill it!
Nothing beats the V Twin engine performance and exhaust output sound. Proud QJMotor owner here 😎💪🏽
Does QJmotor have a VTwin motorcycle or atleast a parallel twin with a 270° crank?

Being an American first thing I'd put on it is saddlebags if the rear fender was lower wouldn't be room for good side bags ,GOOD JOB TRIUMPH.
Oops cf Moto lol

that beat at the beginning 🔥

the rear fender is just right because it lowers when you're sitting or driving it.
