Las Vegas Travel Tips: 10 Things to Know Before You Go to Las Vegas
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 вер 2024
- Things YOU need to know before you travel to Las Vegas Nevada. Las Vegas is Big, so is the Strip. Things are much further away than they seem from looking on a map. it will take you at least a 15-30 minute walk to get to a different hotel than your own. The Las Vegas strip is 4 miles. Find the shortcuts between hotels (Bally’s to Paris). Bring Comfortable Footwear. Leave the 4 inch heels at home, or have a second pair. Use the free trams (Luxor to Excalibur) (Monte Carlo to Bellagio). The monorail is pretty convenient too. Don’t try to hail Taxis on the strip, they won’t stop, it’s illegal. Go to a hotel taxi stand to get a taxi, be prepared to wait in line. And traffic at 6pm is awful

2. Downtown Las Vegas
Is really far. $30 cab ride
But the Freemont Street Experience is cool
And it’s neat to see “old” vegas
People say the best slot machine odds are downtown (worst at the airport)
3. Hotels
Don’t pick the cheapest hotels… You’ll regret that $25/night rate.
If you want to be in the “middle” stay around Caesars Palace
Resort fees… ugh!
Many strip hotels are charging for parking, loyalty program might get it for free
If you like “peace and quiet” pick a non-casino hotel. I usually stay at Marriott properties a block or two off the strip, no resort or parking fees.
4. Gambling
Learn the games, lots of free classes at Casinos
Join the Player’s Clubs
Lots of free perks
Front of line, free parking, discounts on shows, food, etc
5. It’s the desert
Drink plenty of water, it’s dry all the time
Buy the water at a supermarket. Can be $6 a bottle at the casino
In the summer its really hot!
Wear suncreen
In the winter it can be really cold and windy! Bring a jacket Nov-Feb.
The casinos are always super cold… so bring a light jacket or sweater even in summer
6. When to go?
When there isn’t a convention in town… check the convention calendars
Mid-week and Christmas is also a slow time
Vegas doesn’t close… ever it’s 24/7
7. Food
Is awesome
Do some research before you go -- there are lots of good restaurants, but they aren’t the obvious ones
For example, Bouchon is hidden up some random elevator in the Venetian
If there’s a famous restaurant somewhere else in the world that you’ve wanted to eat at, it might very well have a location in Vegas
For Example HofBrauHaus from Munich
Can be expensive
But can be cheap. You can still find a T-bone steak for $4.95
Cheapest is usually downtown
Chinatown has good eats too
Breakfast is available 24/7
7.1. Buffets are great,
But just once a day
Twice a day is overdoing it!
The time at the end of lunch right before dinner is the best deal
IF you time it perfectly with the line
But the lines can be LONG, think hours, 1, 2, 3 hours even.
Eat dinner at 5pm or 8:30pm to avoid the rush.
7.2. You can drink alcohol anywhere
Leaving a hotel? Ask for a to-go cup and drink on the sidewalk
8. ATMs are super expensive
Standard Vegas ATM fee is like $6
Bring Cash
Bank ATMS are hard to find
9. Smoking
Seems to be allowed everywhere
larger megaresorts have higher ceilings and good filtration systems,
but the smaller, older casinos can get quite smoky.
10. Tipping
Everybody wants a tip in Vegas
15-20% for restaurants
Costumed people on the streets want money for photos

As a former Vegas cab driver, I can assure you that you have a 75% chance of being "long hauled," meaning they take you the long way from McCarran airport to your hotel, via 'The Tunnel.' If you are staying on the strip, INSIST on them taking Paradise Road (or Koval) to your destination. Tell them flat out when you get in "No Tunnel." If they take the tunnel anyway, get their cab number, Taxi permit number (on the dash, with photo) and TURN THEM IN to the Taxi Authority. You can even call their bluff when you arrive at the hotel by offering to pay them what the ride 'should have cost,' or they can call a taxi authority officer to dispute the fare. Since this will take at least 45 minutes or more, and expose the driver to a costly citation, the driver will accept your lower payment. Sure, they won't be happy, but hit them where it hurts.
Or just take Uber...
@@domodomo6168 über a ball ace rather just jump cab not all taxi driver long hall u
Ahh yes the tunnel
Good tips! As a former Vegas resident who still travels there often, here are some of mine-
1. Mom & Pop restaurants/local chains offer some unique & tasty fare at cheaper prices. Some of my faves - Pinches Tacos in the Container Park, Skinny/Fats, the legendary Peppermill, Tacos Mexico, VegeNation.
2. $29 a night rooms or less are perfectly fine if you don't plan on hanging out in your room much. If you just need a place to crash & stash your stuff, they'll do. But know that you are usually getting tired motel room quality. If you want luxe, stick to the big name resorts. If you want quiet, stick to the south end of the Strip or better yet, stay in Henderson, where you'll still be within easy reach - a 15 minute drive or so.
3. Older hotels/casinos will always be smellier as a consequence of age. If you're sensitive to that, then research your hotels and make sure it was constructed relatively recently.
4. Cabs gouge you. All of them. I lived without a car in Vegas for 6 months and had to rely on cabs & buses to get around and cabs are pricey and always, always late. Buses are cheap but tend to break down often during the summer months, when the excessive heat gets to them. Rent a car or Uber.
5. Make a game plan before going to the Strip. Research and make a list of what you want to see. The Strip is loud & chaotic, a frenzy of activity, especially as day becomes night, it is easy to become disoriented. If you map out the places where you want to go ahead of time, you'll save yourself a lot of extra time and confusion.
6. If you're feeling overcome by all the noise & hoopla, a ride on the High Roller ferris wheel is relaxing & calming with great views. I highly recommend it.
7. The chilly weather in winter doesn't last long and tends to fluctuate. You still get some balmy days in between the chilly ones. And this is Vegas chilly. Midwesterners and New Englanders balk at Vegas cold. So if you don't mind temps hovering above 32 degrees, December/January is a great time to visit.
8. If you have a dog to walk or want to decompress, try Charlie Frias park off Tropicana & Decatur. Walking paths, a soccer pitch, even a xeriscaped, rock maze to wander through make this a beautiful spot to take a breath. Also, there's nearby Sunset Park, across from the airport, off Sunset & Eastern, with trails and trees and lakes, it's a favorite place for locals. Then there's my favorite, the Clark County Wetlands park, 3000 acres of wetlands habitat, streams, ponds, rapids and trails that wind all the way to Lake Mead. A hidden gem.
9. If you're a smoker the price of cigarettes in Vegas may take you aback. I don't smoke anymore, but used to, casually. Vending machines can charge upwards of $9 a pack, though it might be even more now, since I haven't bought a pack in 5 years.
10. Since the shooting, which locals refer to as "OneOctober," the police presence and security has increased throughout Vegas and in the hotels. I've stayed at 2 different hotels since OneOctober, and each of them had a security guard posted next to the elevators at lobby level. They also had implemented a system whereby when you ride the elevator, you must swipe a room key to get to your floor. If you don't have your room card, the elevator won't move!
Hi Angel! Great tips! I pinned this comment to the top for others to see!
I was worried I'd prattled on too much here so I'm glad you liked it! Obviously I'm a bit of a writer. It's an honor to be pinned, thanks!
+Angel La Canfora Great info is never too much prattling! :)

Hear is a good tip, TAKE THE DEUCE.
This guy seems like such a nice guy.
Awwww
He does seem lovely. Call me crazy, but an adult who makes travel videos with a stuffed panda he named is always ok in my book
@@YellowProductions I'm in Vegas right now. Any recommendations? Ate at Sardelle for breakfast and it was excellent. I believe you mentioned them.
David Staiti David I was wondering do you love me? Say you love me
Too bad Topher seems like a bit of jerk
1# take the prostitutes cards from the strip and collect them like yugioh cards and duel with another tourist
Lmfaaaao this is too funny😂😂😂😂😂
They are not kids cards.
LOL nice
Yup, my uncle collected about a deck of em
Lmaoo I see those all the time
I agree with you about Fremont Street in Las Vegas. I was visiting my cousins many years ago and they took me there and it was fabulous. The music was from the 1950's to the 1860's and the people were dancing. To this day I still remember that. I urge all visitors to go there and enjoy themselves. There is one thing that I must mention, do not go before May. I did and I had to carry around a bottle of water during the day, which anyone at any hotel is required to refill.😃😍
This guy is WONDERFUL! Very knowlegeable and personable. I will NEVER go to Vegas but almost feel like I have when I watch his videos. Thank you so much.
Thanks Matt! You are so kind!
I found this extremely informative and very well done. Thank you. I recently visited Vegas and wish I coulda seen this sooner. Everything you said was soooo true. I stayed at the Luxor and feel I did have peace and quiet in my room but once you open your door even at 5AM you got to deal with the ambience. I also went to Fremont Street Experience and was impressed but I have acquaintances who have traveled to Europe and it is tame by their accounts. I did find it fascinating and was impressed by the entertainment and the awesome zip lining they got over the street. It’s amazing I that one of my favorite history channel shows was filmed a few blocks away. I did enjoy my visit to Vegas. Just wish I found you sooner. Peace
I always find a cab driver, tip him well, get his personal cell phone number and it's like he's your private chauffeur for however long you stay. They come much faster than waiting in line at the casino. Works every time. Start at the airport.
Excellent advice. Been to Vegas many times and he is spot on with everything he said.
Thanks Michael!
Stay north in old vegas and catch the metro. It cost like $5 for the whole day and they run pretty lucrative. Also, there is a Wal-Mart there and the bus drops you off right in front. Go on priceline or any other site with packages and diacounts. And fyi, all hotels sometimes charge for parking and all hotels charge for incidentals. They can be $99 or more but most give you your money right back once you leave the hotel. We always stay at The Plaza and take advantage of the buffets especially in north vegas. Have fun
+Piggy Wiggy Thanks for the extra tips!
any specific hotels u recommend?
We liked The Plaza downtown Fremont but next week we are trying Tahiti Village south Vegas. If you go on priceline, they can give you the best hotel rates, airfare, car rentals and you can pretty much filter what your looking for at an affordable rate. Also, southwest has awesome 1 way deals for flights. Have fun!
I love Vegas. It's my favorite place in the US!
TerrelLism same here! Vegas is my favorite spot on earth. I dreaded leaving and going back home to Long Island. Every time I go I usually stay for 10-12 days and I usually stay 1 or 2 nights in each hotel. MGM, Mirage, Bellagio, Trump, Ceasers. Usually those. I’d love to check out the Wynn or Encore, Venetian or palazzo. I usually go to Atlantic City or Foxwoods/Mohegan a lot more because it’s so close to me. But they don’t compare to Vegas at all. It’s just a feeling you get being there, can’t explain it. Wish it was more closer to me. I always say people are so lucky and blessed to live close by. They don’t realize it most of the time but there are many of us who don’t have things like this close to them. By me I have NYC and it’s not at all what you think, absolutely nothing to do. Just buildings to see. Just that part of the country over there is amazing. You got Seattle not far, portland, LA, Arizona. Etc. all in a days driving distance. My first trip was Seattle for 8 days, and drove to Vegas and spent 5 days. Best 2 weeks of my life.
I loved it. I want there last month(my first time) I already miss it. I'm ready to go back. Plan on making a trip there every year now
Keith F that’s awesome. I don’t see any trips there in my near future. Some unfortunate events the past few months. So I guess I only can wish. I miss it there terribly. I always watch UA-cam videos on Vegas all the time. Even that brings me a small big of comfort watching them. Weird I guess, I know. But whatever. Glad you had fun. Next time you go, put 50$ on 26 at roulette.
It used to be but the place is nothing more than a neon trash yard. The class disappeared when they put in cheesy rides then it continued to get worse.
Miranda Brooks I live here.....that’s kinda true ☹️🤣
Yes that resort fee is the WORST.. I stayed at Ballys this past weekend for 3 nights and got hit with a $119 resort fee when I went to check in! I had no idea about it.. Needless to say, I was pissed! Most things you do in Vegas are already expensive as hell! Beware of that stupid resort fee! With that said, I still had a great time and am ready to go back!
LifeIsGood where did you book your room?
I feel you! We'll be staying at the MGM grand for a couple nights which totals to about $83 in fees. But it's still worth it if you only like to go once a while.
not really i just found that the resort fee is a scam hehe
By far the most informative video tips on Las Vegas. Thank you so very much.
Thanks Ahmed!
One tip for staying off the strip for peace: You can stay Red Rock Hotel it has a Kid Play place, Buffets, Movie Theaters. They have very good rooms and at the Kid place you can buy toys for your children. Another tip is to stay at Sliverton it has a Aquarium and at 2:00, 3:00, 5:00 pm Mermaids come around. It also has a shop for fishing and wild life. The reasons i know about this is because i live in Vegas!
On ATMs. I noticed the casino next to gloden nugget had $1.99 fee... I was shocked . that is cheaper than any in my home town
casinos her in KC charge $8 and up
+Pota Hoilic $8! That's outrageous!
“Bouchon” is the best! A little pricey but definitely worth it!
The tram that runs Excalibur to luxor also runs to Mandalay Bay. The sdx or deuce bus affordable way to get to downtown Las Vegas.
+laura meakin I did forget to mention the sdx and deuce. They're good.. except at traffic time. Then walking is faster! :)
Yellow Productions yeah I got caught on labor day weekend in bad traffic on an sdx I ended up getting off crossing strip and then using monorail to complete my journey from fashion show to mgm of course sometimes monorail not very handy like cabs etc as they dump u at back of properties and if u want say be on the strip u have to walk for ages thru the properties at least buses stop on the strip.
Every time we go we learn new short cuts etc.
+laura meakin The monorail is definitely good for skipping the traffic.. but yeah.. it requires lots of walking to get to the strip from the stations. I'm sure this was planned to so that we'd Walk thru the casinos and lose some money on the way to the monorail! :)
Yellow Productions there is talk of it of course being extended to incorporate the airport and longer down to Mandalay Bay for the new stadium which makes sense see if that happens but yeah all about money.
Yellow Productions Does anyone have any advice on parking? We rented a house off of the strip but we want to see the strip to shop, gamble etc. Where can you park? If you valet your car at a casino can you leave that casino and go somewhere else?? Thanks a bunch in advance 😁
I've been to Vegas many times but your videos are awesome. And I love that you have a panda!! :) :)
Thanks A Lee!
Hey Chris, after lockdown we are going to Las Vegas!
I hope you have a great time!
Yellow Productions thank you so much!!
I've lived in Vegas my whole life. Still love it!!
FellSansUwU ........safe areas / gated communities to move in???
@@lisasmita5379 Oh yeah, there are tons of nice areas in Vegas. Sure the Strip is bad, but outside of it there are tons of suburban areas to live. I live in a very nice area with very friendly people and it's actually not expensive. Lots of gated communities as well.
Don't pay for taxis..Strip to Downtown is $8 for three days on the Deuce bus. If you want to go to a particular hotel and don't want to ride the city bus (which is actually well maintained), use Uber or Lyft.
"I'm Chris, and this is Topher together we make Yellow Productions " No. Together you make Christopher.
+MsSaraKirkpatrick Hah! You're right! I forgot that portion of my line on this video :)
MsSaraKirkpatrick I
your cute nice job you do!
Leonel Maza no.
great advice! from a veteran Vegas visitor. the worst thing in vegas for me was that i was there for the shooting last year, missed it by minutes. :( also, everyone needs to ride the High Roller for the "Happy Half Hour", look it up ;)
DinoMack1 I was at Tropicana and the Arville when the shooting started. Craziest 2 hours I’ve ever seen.
Thanks for the tip!!! I'll be in VEGAS on Feb 23 to March 2!! This is my 2nd time and so exited!
Very cool... enjoy Vegas Pinoy Toronto!
I watched alot of these, this guy is good
7/2/21 Just back from a 4 day mid week trip to Vegas. Walked a lot, watched a lot of homeless people rip off the local stores by walking in and taking items. Took the bus for $8.00 from Paris to Downtown, the bus drivers were very helpful since my wife was in a wheelchair they got us to the right stops. Drinks are expensive unless you're gambling, but happy hour deals at some restaurants are great. Parking was free for guests at Ballys/Paris. The Million Dollar Mile shopping center had good deals and plenty of restaurants. Thanks for the great tips.
London and Las Vegas are the best and most beautiful cities around the world.
I'm a local and the comfortable shows tip is always the first thing I tell anyone coming here. Also, everything looks much closer than it really is. As for Resort fees...thank you. YOU are paying for our NFL stadium!
Your welcome for the stadium! :)
Yeah i went to Vegas and didnt think about tipping before i arrived and dont really carry cash. I know now to remember to bring a $100 to keep for the week for tips for the Valet, and housekeeping.
Thank you for this video. Had I never been to Las Vegas before this definitely would’ve prepared me.
Thanks David and Clara!
This needs more views!! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks :)
Thank you VERY much for your videos. I highly appreciate it. Kinda sucks that the things you need to know are based around "how to not get scammed", whether at the buffet, with taxis, etc. These are all must-knows before you go.
My pleasure Jon!
Topher is cute! I love your youtube voice too. Thanks for the useful tips!
Great job. I would a agree with everything as a Las Vegas native and Travel Agent.
Awesome. Thanks Kyle!
I-15 is even worse northbound now. Just closed more lanes. Don't even think about it until late 2019.
The strip isn't cheap anymore. Off strip is better, but not always a bargain.
Thanks for the update on the I-15! Bad to worse!
All facts
I discovered how big Vegas truly was when I went from the convention center to T-Mobile Arena just walking through New York New York
Course I had to walk from hilton Grand Vacations to the station at the Westgate to catch monorail.
When I was last there - admittedly several years ago - there were tourist buses called "Ace" and "Deuce" (single and double decker buses, respectively) that were pretty affordable. You can get multi-day passes for them fairly cheaply. Only if you have time to spare, though, because they make milk runs up and down the strip. I was staying at the Golden Nugget way up North, so it was an affordable way to get from the convention venue at the Bellagio up to Fremont St. But trust me, I also wore the soles off my shoes from walking!
I’ve been to Vegas a bunch of times, but still learned a few good tips. Thanks👍
Of all the "Vegas Tips" videos I've watched this was one of the most helpful!
Thanks Alex!
As far as taxis go, they are REALLY expensive, I highly suggest UBER or Lyft to go to outlying Vegas locations, you can get an app on your phone that will set it up for you and they come right to you to pick you up and they are way cheaper. Also if you are going to Fremont street or just to the other end of the strip, use the transit bus, $8 for a 24 hr unlimited ride pass, the only thing to know about the bus is if you are going to Fremont street, use the express because it has a lot less stops and it gets there considerably faster.
Yes, November & December room prices are cheap, up until around Dec 28/29 right b4 New Years Eve. We go around that time every year to look at the beautiful hotel decorations. But it can be pretty cold😨. Being from southern cali, i dont even use a coat until i go oit of town.
Pampas is a really nice brazilian restaurant in Vegas too... All you can eat meat that was really good. The reviews on google are kinda average right now, but I really enjoyed it! Make sure you have a big appetite though because the servers come by with tons of choices of meat to eat!!
Thanks for the tip on Pampas!
You mentioned Groupon for shows but you can also get some good drink deals. For example, you can get two giant margaritas for $24 instead of one for $30. If you're about to try somewhere new, check Groupon quickly to see if they have a deal you can use. It's saved me tons of money in the past.
Thanks for the tip on Groupon for Drink deals
Mr. Panda is too cute. He must be alive.
+Rei Takano Awwww... Topher (the panda) is blushing!
My only issue with Vegas was that I couldn’t find any good food after 11pm. I thought things would be open all hours but we ended up having really crappy cafe food a couple nights. Eat early... but snacks at the store for later.
I'd agree with that statement. The late night food isn't very delicious. Except In N Out burger which is open until 1am. And Earl of Sandwich which is 24 hours.
I love your humor and information. Thank you for doing these videos!
Take an uber or lyft don't take taxis
I have watched several of your Vegas videos. Thx for all the great info/tips.
Thanks Bill!
Is he really on the street or is it green screen with clever lighting? Good video.
+rupert I was really on the strip. Ceasars palace has a little elevated area on the corner there.
Yes Chris you are right resort fees are the worst! I hate them too. I asked what you get for them and it’s not that much. It’s just WiFi for up to two devices I.e cell phones I pads and laptops. And access to the pool and gym to work out. And I usually don’t use any of them.
I don't mind walking the whole strip. It's good exercise. Gives me a chance to take pictures.
I go monday morning for a week and i have never been state side and very excited
Enjoy Jason!
Jason Windebank lol three days in Vegas is perfect for me a week no way
Finaly ! a truly informative video, Thank You
Thanks Patrice!
very good video and lots of useful info / you did not mention the Duece Bus and the SDX bus that has a day pass and you can go everywhere on the Strip and Downtown on the cheap
Thanks for the additional tip on the bus!
you have a very nice way about you....good information, nicely presented, fun to watch. 😉
Thanks BN!
Topher!!! 😍😍❤❤
Thank you for the tips! I have not been to Las Vegas before, but I will definitely keep these in mind when I do go!
+Scottman895 Travel Sounds like you really need to go! I've got two more weeks of Vegas videos coming up! :)
Many times I’ve walked from Tropicana to Fremont Street, I used to do that back in the late 90s and early 2000s, I wouldn’t reccomend it at night tho.. watch out for resort fees now too..
When taking a taxi from the airport, ask to use Paradise Road. You'll save $ by not taking the freeway and you're not losing much time at all.
Good tip! Thanks!
This video was great! And I love Topher!!! I am going to Vegas for the first next year, this was great!
Sweet!
Give the bellman $20...skip the taxi line:-)
+Woof Olliesmydog That works too! :)
That’s more of a bribe.
Not a bribe and it works all over vegas. There’s many things you can get with $20-$50 slipped to the bellman or the person checking you in at a hotel.
Take an uber and get better cars
Ahmed Yamany lmaoooo
Thank you for your Vegas videos. I watched them all and I wrote down lots of little tips in Google Keep so I can refer to my notes when I am there for the first time next month. :)
My pleasure Jennifer! Enjoy Vegas!
Also take the Ace or Deuce bus up and down the Strip and to Fremont. It's slower but much less expensive than a taxi.
You are aware of the taxi cabs and monorails are not the only form of transportation where I live in Vegas. Uber and lyft are quite popular as well, with 9000 Uber drivers alone in the valley that does not include Lyft drivers the cheapest way to go is over or lift with almost 0 wait time versus an expensive taxi cab chances are will rip you off and claim they are taking the shortcut when you’re really taking the long way. I hope that helps.
Thank you for yr information in vegas
Cashback at the Walgreens or grocery when you get your water to avoid ATM fees, or even the Post Office if you're out in a rental car.
Great tip!
Hi Chris, good job be sure you eat your veggies while your doing the cheap eats!! I got good tips from that episode thanks!
No matter what price you pay for your room, check in dressed for the office, especially a suit. You will more than likely get a better room than if one is dressed as a tourist. I did this as a Travel Agent and I was placed in an upscale tower room at TI, with an unbelievable view of the strip.
Great tip!
@@YellowProductions A few more tips. Dr. Scholl used to sell a pair of flat slippers that fit in a bag small enough to fit in your purse. These are great for someone wearing heels. If they have to ditch, these will protect your bare feet from the hot concrete. Another: sign up for any loyalty card that fit into a slot in your slot machine. We did this in Pala Resort, and because one of my party was over 60, and they got all sorts of discounts and perks. We got 30% off a weekday lunch buffet. A number of casino offer online free casinos.
Maybe I am missing something but what is up with the panda?
+ShrinkDavid 1982 He's my mascot :). I'm Chris.. he's Topher.. together we make Christopher :)
that's cute, and looks cute too
wonder what kind of looks I'll get when I walk with my Flareon plush everywhere
IKR! It made me uncomfortable..
Llesirg Seval 😭😭😭
Thats Topher you dumbass
I was just there, Dec 2021, taxis can be called by hotel you stay at, or you have to find one in certain areas only of hotels, ASK !!! Using Credit card/debit card WILL COST YOU! Use cash! A lot cheaper! Ubers have special places to drop off pick up as well.
Use Uber, when I got hit with a $40 taxi ride that’s when I never used a taxi again
Great tips and very true
Thanks Phil X!
ProTip - top floor of the M&M Store near the MGM has a Bank of America ATM.
Thanks for the tip!
I have not used a mono rail maybe this year. Buying new shoes this weekend as well.
Thank You for the tips. Going to take trip there soon.
Thanks Barbara!
your panda bear should also be wearing a yellow tshirt.🐼
Some of my newest ones are :)
Another time of year to avoid is major sporting events, Super Bowl weekend, March Madness, big boxing match/MMA fight (if it's taking place here), also avoid New Years Eve, 4th of July etc.
Really good tips!💪
Thanks Mr Kamil!
Unlimited Deuce bus is the way to go!
Thank you for posting this
My pleasure Leslie!
Las Vegas in the summer is basically a hair blow dryer on Hot, My family went swimming and when we got up, we got dried hella quick xD
Thank you so much for the travel tips.
My pleasure Hello Sun!
Greaaaaat information thank you 🙏🏾
Rush hour is worst at 5pm, unless it's Friday. Rideshare is way cheaper than cabs.
Thanks for the tip!
Thank you so much for all your note! Very helpful!
Thanks Ilse... my pleasure!
awesome video with tons of information!
Thanks Molly!
Just found your channel. Great insight. :)
We're going to Vegas for 5 days next month, what are some decent priced restaurants with relatively healthy options? As much as I love a greasy cheeseburger, I don't think my tummy could handle that for 5 days! Thanks!
Thank you for your videos!!!
My pleasure Chelsea!
I walked from New york to the Venitian and ended up taking the monorail back lol
Such a helpful video... thanks!
My pleasure Susan!
The 24 hour buffet is the best. It includes the Bacchanal (65$) and it costs 10$ less. And the breakfast at Paris is the best.
Also, don't tell people about the Secret Pizza.
Thank you, Chris!
My pleasure! Thanks LuvJewels7!
Great video
Forget the Vega$ strip. Go and stay on Fremont Street. Youll thank me later. Free entertainment, live bands, loose slots. No resort fees. Like one big carnival !
Casino Royale is a low key casino which is in the middle of the strip and parking is free.
I’m actually watching this during the pandemic and thinking of going here after I get vaccinated. I’m guessing some of these will and won’t apply due to some shutdowns.
Keep in mind that casinos do not teach you how to play slots. That is because 70-80% of their revenue comes from slot play. But today's slots come with multiple pay lines and multiple jackpots, so it is in your best interest to learn before you earn. Study the paytables and read the help screens. Watch other players for a few minutes and see how things work. You may not make more money but you will definitely have more fun.
