My brother did the work on all our personal cars, but I never had any problems out of mine.. it’s a “diy” for the Geezer.. (I think, just a nice 3:73 gear alone) ..is your best bang for your buck.. you’ll feel & get more punch (torquey) outta the car with a gear than anything for the cost!

The VSS on K1500 is pointed forward in front of the transmission support drivers side. C1500 they are on the side on the passenger side.

Ball joint press kit from Harbor Freight is Maddox.
Upper ball joints are 17 ft lbs per the GM service manual.
I think the ECM was for a 5.7.
