    Perfect. After 20 mins I could tell a huge difference. What is crazy with the ones that help me tension decreases across my brow and jaw area. In fact both throb. So my face was holding tight against the sound I hear all the time.

    This video is weird. It's triggering my triggerable tinnitus. I have a permanent background noise, but I also have spasmodic episodes of 5-6 seconds of intense ringing and it goes away. This woke up the ringing, which is fascinating. It's also exactly the kind of sound I need to mask my specific type, at very high frequencies. If I listen to this a long time and then stop it's very unpleasant to return to the real, silent world ;) Keep it up.

    Thank you for making one so high. This is quite effective, even at low volume. I normally have my masking up quite loud but this is much quieter. I can still hear a bit though, i am going to try layering this with some orange or brown noise.

      Go into shower, cry it all out. Then take it one day at a time. “Re sound gn “ is an application that has sounds.
      I’ve had my T since late march 2023.
      I know this sounds like nonsense but try not to pay attention to it and your brain will tone it down just a bit lower than what you’re hearing now.
      Heart goes out to you. I know what your going through

      Describe that for me?
      Just a few days ago I started having the faintest, highest pitch tinnitus - like what you hear the night after coming home from a rock concert and going to the bathroom in silence
      Very disconcerting!
      It doesn’t sound anything like a ‘ringing’ as most describe
      Nor does it sound like this recording (this is very loud and intense in comparison)

    • @capyboppy
      @capyboppy Рік тому +1

      @@Merknilash a bit difficult to describe. It’s like a light hissing/fizzing sound. It does vary in intensity however. If you imagine a very light sound of the above video, it is something like that. Or see if you can find an electricity pylon out in the countryside and stand near to it. I’ve never had the ringing or clanging type either. But there is many different types.

    • @Merknilash
      @Merknilash Рік тому +1

I'm subscribed and I'll listen to some other sounds Thanks very much for trying to help us with this crazy, darn right dilapidating(?) tinnitus! It's maddening at times and quite literally makes me sick at my stomach. I understand there are many factors that cause this, medical or otherwise. I don't understand why tinnitus can't be fixed. Thanks again! 🙏💜✌️🙋🏼‍♀️

      That is a question for an audiologist. My understanding is only a few, mostly young people are capable of hearing to 20,000 or slightly higher. I'm not sure if tinnitus sounds could be outside of human listening range.

    Use to have excellent (what doctors call abnormal) hearing… so well I could hear dog whistles. Now with tinnitus I am told I have somewhat average hearing but when you go from hearing dog whistles to distorted every day sounds it is torture. This comes very close to the static in my ear. Might need to be even higher but so far this is best.

    Hey there my go-to sound guy, have you looked into healing frequencies? I found schematics about 20 years ago of a chamber, much like a hyperbaric chamber, that healed diseases with sound frequencies. Of course, I was much younger and healthier then and didn't save the info. Now that I am much older and experiencing a couple of diseases of which the causes are unknown, I can't find it anymore (probably because of the FDA or big pharma). As all diseases essentially are written by faulty DNA, even just repairing DNA could be helpful. I would like to heal from sound versus a biofeedback machine. I would appreciate your thoughts. BTW - I have found peace from green noise! Thank you for that!

    Not sure if you can answer this or help me, but my ears (mainly my right) only rings which is super high pitched when certain sounds are occurring. If the faucet is running, or fan blowing, or dishwasher going, etc I hear the high pitched ring. When it is completely silent, I don’t hear any ringing. How can I correct/treat this?

      Noise masking is usually temporary relief. Listening a bit over a few weeks can often lower it by in the 30% range. It does vary for each person as "T" is unique in each case.
