Hi! I just wanted to tell you that you’re literally helping me to recover from my ed! Last night, I just cried bcs I ate a sundae which I restricted myself from eating after 8PM. Now, I’m eating breakfast again (I’m not supposed to because I’m on a intermittent fasting) but, watching your videos while eating, I avoid such negative thoughts and it’s completely replaced with positive thoughts! ILY
Sweetie (& I say this kindly) if you have an E.D or "Used to Have an E D" you simply cannot do Intermittent Fasting - it just doesn't work sorry💜💜 (& that particular road can easily lead straight back to what is now behind you) & nobody wants that - after you've made brilliant progress. If possible; ask you Doctor to send you to see a Nutritionist or maybe you might be able to afford to see one at least once - & they'll be able to advise you of which "Loosely Structured" Eating Plan might be best for you (or you could maybe get some books or look online) for the healthy eating & maintenance diet (I'm hoping you are at a kind of weight where you aren't looking to lose kgs) - bc again that road can lead back to somewhere you've left behind (I bought two books during the Pandemic) called "Pinch of Yum"💜💜 - & they do brilliant healthy recipes & there's a woman in the UK who is v famous & used to struggle with an ED & she has a yt "thing" called "Fearne Cotton's Happy Place" (& there's an episode called) "Eating Disorders & How To Empower a Healthy Relationship With Food" - which a lot of ppl have found helpful. Maybe have a look if you think it might help (but be v careful about Intermittent Fasting) because that's just not helpful to anybody who's had an ED (even if you're doing brilliantly; it is putting pressure on everything you're trying to do.) Please be kind to yourself💜💜 (& try other methods) that are based around healthy eating & three regular meals + one or two snacks (& Remember to drink 7-9 glasses of water throughout the day; 2litres to 2&a half Litres of Water per day (but not all at the same time - that's v dangerous) just a glass every two hours in the morning & try to drink gradually 7/8or9 per day. Many "hunger pangs" that you think are your body shouting for Food - are often caused by thirst (& if you aren't dehydrated then you won't be fooled by those.) Good luck🙏💜🇬🇧💜 (PS) I hv a PhD & know a bit about this sort of thing - best to give yourself nothing but healthy food & kindness (& the Fasting thing just isn't it)

@@MandalaBunnyhomeyeah i have another auto immune disorder...but my bowels dont like too much vitamin C and fibers. I mostly stick to cucumber and carrot salad and some boiled veg or i awake the kraken. Maybe you cant have these either 😢 if i keep an high protein intake i control it better.

Looks good! Just a tip, try avoid having coffee 1 hour either side of a meal (before and after). It hinders the absorption of iron in the body.
