The problem is that you would need a jar of tahini to meet your daily calcium requirements… Also in countries with low milk consumption (China, India), osteoporosis is more frequent… I don’t tolerate dairy but it’s nearly impossible to get enough calcium from other sources so I have to supplement…

I drank milk everyday until I got into my 30s, then I stopped drinking it and opted for the occasional cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. I finally stopped eating dairy, but just this week I decided to drink milk again so i bought low temp pasturized non-homogenized milk. And after a week I realized I've felt like I had high blood pressure, my nose is stuffy, and I had a few random hives. I wonder if I'm allergic to stigmasterol. When milk is ultra pasturized it kills literally everything. But since stigmasterol is an unsaturated oil basically. I get hives from cooking oil usually.

Raw milk is totally different to pasteurized, Beans need to be pressure cooked to get rid of anti nutrients. Yes Kale has nutrition but it is not good for you, has too many defense chemicals, plenty of studies citing kale as inflammatory contrary to poplar belief.

Thank you for saying this, as well as the almonds mentioned here. We need to make people aware of anti-nutrients in plant foods. Plants are not completely benign.

Evidently it's higher in oestrogen than the cooked stuff too. My breasts started growing after switching to unpasteurised milk!!

@@thenutritionman7527 Plants are jam -packed with antinutrients, they protect the plant against predators. Animal protein foods are key food for humans.
