Nice review. I just bought these, but I am so frustrated with not being able to find any headsets that work like the old mono Xbox 360 open ear, ear hook, wireless one. Myself and mates watch movies from our homes in sync to laugh and socialise. The 360 headset, which came out in 2006, works perfectly as we can't hear each others TVs, the noise cancelling is so strict we only hear each others voices, unless a loud explosion happens in a film perhaps. Over the last week I have tested 5 different Bluetooth headsets, including this one, and all of them pick up the TV just as loud as my voice, even though they all advertise having ENC. I don't get how a 15 year old headset can cancel out all background sounds but none of the modern ones can. I wonder what technology it uses. We can't go on using the 360 forever.
Watching movies with your mates in sync sounds like such a fun time! It's a shame that no other headset comes close to the 360 one. Have you tried over-ear headphones or were you looking specifically for open-ear ones like this or the OpenFit?
These are NOT for athletes. If you perspire when you exercise (which everyone should) they will: 1. Skip songs repeatedly, like every 3 seconds 2. Turn off and on 3. disconnect and reconnect 4. Go in to pairing mode 5. Pause your music This is my second pair and the right side of the first pair stopped charging and I had to return them. AGAIN, don't buy these for the gym or any other exercise purposes.!!!
