From Pensacola Florida thank you very much just getting back to exercising after a tore disc in my back and I’m very cautious but optimistic with your guidance that I can rebuild by strength by the grace of God have been healing since March after 10 out of 10 nerve pain in my feet. I spend a lot of time at my desk so feel deconditioned. Again thank you

I can't seem to get the right position when seated and stretching out one leg, because the chair cuts into my leg. I've moved to the edge of the chair but just wonder what you'd recommend to get the stretch. I love your style and use several of your other videos.
Hello! Yes all movements are okay for osteoporosis. Bending done slowly and intentionally without weights is fine. All participants should know their bodies and limitations. Take care, Meredith
