Here is what blows me away. It is not just Jeff at that age doing what he is doing. Look at him at the finish and after. He looks fresh, like really fresh. When DBo finished, Jeff was up there talking to him, walking around like he had not just finished the course himself. I have listened to quite a few podcasts with Jeff, and he clearly has figured a few things out about nutrition, approach, etc. Really, really motivating for someone like me that is just starting out in this world.
Looks like Bronco rocking a new version of the Mont Blanc. Can’t wait to see that release.
