Hand 2 is one of the reasons we play 2NT as the only forcing bid after a weak 2. So that we can bid 2 spades here. Chances are it's better than 2 hearts.
36:00 - this hand you haven't included 4 diamonds - a lot of people play a convention called Non-leaping Michaels - which would show 5 spades and 5 diamonds and happy to play in 5D or 4S.
31:27 - partner still has a bid - I don't think you should be bidding with a 4 card suit personally - so I agree with the woman in the audience here...now if it was the last bid then I might bid 2S with a 4 card suit - but my partner still has a bid where they can protect.
