I have a question, is it okay if you train different skills everyday? Does training different skills everyday affect the other skills that you have master? Does it affect the quality of your training or your next workout because it will mix up your forms or muscles used because of muscle memory? Would it be possible for you to not be able to perform or execute the right technique in the other day/ next week after you have master it today? Does training different skills every day be the cause/reason of it because it will all mix up on your brain?
I was doing this and it was okay. But the absolute game changer for was when i increased the distance between the rings where they touch the bar. Man, that was the best burn ever.
I always preferred ring dips, ring archer push-ups, and Ring chest flyes. The rings take it to another level but warn about wrist strength and stretching for beginners. Good way to injure yourself if not careful.
Exactly! Work hard on that ROM and build strength through that new mobility to prime the nuro connection telling your body its safe to keep the new mobility. Then come back to these progressions and work on hollow holds and core/shoulder stability to not injure yourself and progress effectively through each level. Good luck!
Is Incline Push-up on the Ring train the same Muscles as Incline Push-up, or Regular Push-up? I can do the Regular Push-up on the ring. But after doing some Dips, Pike Push-up, and Decline Push-up, that's really hard to do a Regular Push-up.

Leg assisted Bulgarian dips on rings did improve upper chest and symmetry in mobility but took 2+ months everyday, now ready for unassisted.
dips work upper?
@@ama7erasu854bulgarian dips/rto dips
On rings whatever chest movement you do will work your upper chest
Man not trying to insult you but that is the most clown ass exercise I’ve ever heard of😂😂. Shit’s like a standing bench press wtf.
How does that movement work the upper chest? Does it have to do with turning the rings out?

Have you tried ring flys?
Thank you
great for guys who are lat dominant
Won't help if you have messed up internal rotation and serratus a., you're still gonna compensate with delts. DO THE PREHAB

Do you got any suggestion for the prehab?

I'm the opposite I don't feel my chest in ring Pushups but I feel it in normal Pushups
Same thing you have a solution for that??
@@user-pj1ii1qu4d Nah, I just do normal pushups
@@EndzMoney i think its because the forn
Aren’t the rings supposed to be turned out for the entirety of the movement with RTO push ups? This is more like a partial RTO
what does external rotation have to do with chest?
External rotation puts the chest in a lengthened position
@@pedrospratz5134the chest is not used in external rotation.
@@pedrospratz5134didn't you mean contracted?
10 rings pushup=20 normal pushups or more..😅
this is just a regular ring pushup, not a RTO pushup.
Main way i do pushups, im a dyel but people do talk about my chest so yeah it works
