eXq 2Shae some tips from experience, always come up from behind with a bag or something to cover the face. Always have a few buddies with you and a NON SUSPECTING vehicle. You also might want some drug to make them sleep or go unconscious. These tricks always help!

there are different types of handcuffs there is one which tightens if you move your hand or try to wriggle it out there are also thumbcuffs which are only meant to cuff your thumbs but those are easy to break out of only if you position your fingers before they are put on or maybe the officer knows what is up

This is actually a lot harder in practice. Usually handcuffs don't use the chain design, they use a hinge which limits movement. Also, behind the back handcuffing keeps you from seeing how you're working and severely limits your movement.

No, Cops cuff behind the back and don't have the same handcuffs, and if you try, you'd probably be more fucked.
Gla tic cops have handcuffs with double lock too, but it's almost impossible to do it with your hands being behind your back, it's also hard to reach ur Bobby pin and is really obvious if you are trying to do so

No need to do all that bending- just put the bobby/safety pin in the keyhole next to the flat portion (it's next to the straight part, but underneath) & push to the side. Doing the double lock is similar, but across from it diagonally (seems to help to make the point go close to the metal, like you're sweeping the surface of it). Experiment & figure things out instead of just thinking about the optimum, but the small paperclips work really well for this sort of thing because they're thinner.
