Another yoga inspired workout - but this time we train our upper body! ♥This workout strengthens, stretches and tones the muscles so that you get a toned (not bulky!) upper body. Plus: It helps to correct the posture, relieve back pain, mobilize the spine and "bend" our body into the right direction. A good posture will make you look taller, fitter and more confident of course. How do you like the calming music and the flow? :)
So I did your full Yoga series today, all together and it was BLISS!! 😍✨ The wonderful feeling of all those little muscles working that we tend not to train very often, and then the stretching/mobility was icing on top!! 👌 Exceptional work lovely!! I don't comment very much, but I find your workouts really cool! Even if I care about my health and like to be in shape after I started to work was really hard to find a way to feel good. I did start a new hobby as salsa and enjoy it a lot, but still, I felt like I needed a bit more (but not too much!). These videos of 10 minutes are perfect for me. I know it may not seem a lot, but if you do 10 minutes every day you will have an hour of exercise per week :) still better than nothing. So Thank you very much for these videos! I usually feel great after, but after I exercised with you yesterday, I was looking forward to my 10 minutes and really loved this workout too. The music and the whole mood were great
