Very difficult topics ..
Sir explaining very very simple way and
Amazing things is that non medico person too capture what sir has been explained . Great !!great!!!
Thanks sir
So deeply understood sir thank you so much for such a great lecture
Thanks Sir! very good explanation and may you live long.....
It is my understanding that macrophages do NOT travel through the lymph system to nodes, etc. after maturing and presenting antigen, but stay in local tissues. It is the dendritic cell that is the one that does this. A nobel prize was awarded to Dr. Steinman (post humorously) for this research in 2011.
Excellent update.
thanks for english version...
thank you very much

Hi ! Could you please allow the automatic transcription in English ??? Thanks you very much. You are fantastic !!
gr8 vid!!
why for allergy tests they do it only once, coz we know if the person is allergic to an allergen they will not show any reaction in the first exposure because specific IgE's are not made it is the second exposure to allergen which IgE's are sat in mast/basophils and ready to react so why in all hospitals and clinics they do the test only once?
Thankyou soo much sir
Love from KYRGYZSTAN
hi sir ..am very thankfully for u ...I do get understanding a lot of thing from ur lectures ...am asking where I can find ur lectures on type 2 hypersensitivity reaction ..coz I do ur lectures in a series and I don't want to miss some of them so pls respond to me
thank u sir this very very helpfull and very easy explanation for me sir im from very less develop area of pakistan ? tnx sir
Dear Mobeen! Video still jumps at 32 min, when this issue will be fixed?
impressive lecture, i gat a question can you make it clear for me?
in your explanation regarding hyphothesis, I'm not clear about how it's possible an increase in IgE level which is produced to certain antigens in western individuals can be able to crosslinked by a specific allergen. do you mean these types of antibodies lack specificity?
generally, an increase in IgE level can be the manifestation of type I allergy but, I don't think that parasites non specifically react with the antibody and consumed it?
could you make a videos about general pharmacology and also anti arrythmic pharmacology? I think that is a weak point in many.
thanks in advance!
Got it. Will do.
Tq
One small doubt during sensitisation phase whether lymphocytes migrate to site of infection
Why the B cell is not activated by IL4 and IL5 if these chemicals only for thier receptors to bind not allergens or antigens
sir plzz explain the ige and its relationship with parasitic diseases related to immunity.....
Will do.
Finally! Thank you! =)
Haha. Were you waiting for it?
+Mobeen Syed Yes. :)) I could not open it on usmlestrategy99.com
sir. at 50:03 . u said that complements are split by proteases, which in turn are released by degranulation (in first phase of Hypersensitivity reaction). sir, but splitting the complements will lead to inflammatory response, and inflammatory response occurs in second phase only and not in first phase! How is this contradiction sir?
Did u find an answer? 🤔
Hi Sr the video jump in the minute 32 and it's missed a lot of information regarding how mast cell been activated by IgE please can you check the video and see what is wrong i double checked in your website and everything. Thanks a lot you are a great teacher.

Dear doctor Mobeen i am sandheere medical student sir please can you tell me why the type 1 hypersensitivity is more in European countries and less in Africa......
This is usually explained by the Hygiene Hypothesis. Read here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hygiene_hypothesis
Thanks doctor. yeah you right.
Md Abdifatah
malaha cuz of hygiene hypothesis ka ayey epidemiology ahan ugu badan yahay
😐
Pls do E.N.T lectures sir
Ok. Will do.
Sir, in your previous lectures, you said that IL-4 (which activates the T0 cell and differentiates it into Th2 which then also secretes IL-4 and 5 and stimulates the B cell ) comes from an unknown cell/source. Does this mean that macrophages secrete IL-4 as well?
Also, I would like to ask you a question about creating immune tolerance in transplant patients before receiving the graft . I would be thrilled if you could take the time to answer it.
P.S. You have no idea how much you've helped me and your videos are just..awesome :)
Hello dear dr mobeen sayed! Really interesting teaching thank you very much. The video is jumping during 32 minute, very important points are missing there please check it, Thank you again. And thanks a lot.
