Jungle Bird A Great Summer Cocktail

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Noire Rum
.75 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo or Campari
1.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz fresh lime
Hey everybody! Today we are going to do something a little bit different. Instead of cooking in the kitchen we are going to be making cocktails at the bar! Mrs. Kamber came back to show us how to make a refreshing drink for the summer called a Jungle Bird. Y'all have to try this especially with this crazy heat lately.

Thanks you Ken!! We were supposed to make Bloody Mary’s! But we didn’t have everything we needed to do what I wanted so we settled for Jungle Bird!!

Put a little Captain Coby's around the rim of the glass to make it truly phenomenal.

Blair I’m going to have to try it! The Captain Coby’s is awesome in a Bloody Mary but I never had it on the jungle bird!!
