  • Carl Jung's Cognitive function loops describe how your mind tends to operate. Lets talk about what that could look like, using an INFJ personality type example.

I'll send back a detailed explanation and theories and insights as well as suggestions for further study to help you become more aware of yourself, your thinking patterns, cognition, and development.
Use Personality Psychology to get to know yourself and grow your emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and consciousness by at least 11%. By better understanding yourself, you can make 44% smarter decisions at work, in relationships, and in your personal life.
People who engage in self-development are more 3x more aware of potential blindspots and flaws and better at working to improve and become more versatile and adaptable people. By investing in your personal growth, you improve cognitive flexibility and become at least 15% more skilled at interpersonal relationships.
I'm widely specialized in psychology and philosophy, primarily on the work of Carl Jung, Adler, Maslow, and the theory of Flow and optimal experience. People come to me to learn about the 16 Personalities, the MBTI, and the Big Five, as well as Neurodivergence, and modern psychological theories.
People sometimes ask me if personality types really exist. No, they don't, and Carl Jung didn't believe in them either. They're just a tool to start a discussion to get you to learn more about different ways of thinking about the world.

I'm doing a Mindful based reduction course right now, with a Group. I can imagine that every member of my course is in their own, individual stress reaction. I See a lot of " Loops", for me its the Ni-ti Loop, for the ESFP its the Se- Te Loop for example...its really interesting. Its so inspirieren to know that you can also solve Problems not only through thinking, but also through other ways😊....When Im entering into "Obsession thinking" about a problem: I know sometimes think: " I dont have to know the solution yet...it will come in time".

WHAT?! There's something besides Ni/Ti loops? NO WAY!!🙄
Great point about the stress of modern life and the pressure to respond automatically- we ARE NOT evolved to live this way! How did we get here?
Curiously, I often find myself vacillating or stuck between two opposing motivations (collaboration vs independence for example) sometimes seemingly dependent on context and often in opposition to outside influences. I don't know what that says about the theoretical opposing viewpoints and their places in personality types, but I think I DO know what it means for me personally - "Round and round and round we go, and where it stops nobody knows." WHEEEEE!!!, what FUN!🤣
