Easy Crumble Oats | Breackfast Meal Prep

FRUIT CRUMBLE OATS. Serve it with vanilla ice cream for a perfect summer dessert or with Greek yogurt for a delicious breakfast.

--------------------------------- RECIPE -----------------------------------
✨Ingredients✨
1 cup (200 g) blueberries
4 medium (400 g) peaches (or canned)
3 tbsp maple syrup (agave syrup etc.)
2 tsp corn starch
3 cups (280 g) rolled oats
1+1/2 cups (150 g) almond flour
4 tbsp maple syrup (or agave syrup etc.)
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
🔥 Preheat the oven to 390 F (200 C). MODE: Upper and lower heat.
✅Pour boiling water for 30 seconds. Peal and slice the peaches.
Add the peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, syrup into a deep baking dish, roughly 22 x 28 cm. Toss everything together.
✅In a bowl, combine almond flour, oats, melted butter, syrup and salt. Mix together, first with a spoon, then with your fingers, until you have a rough crumbly mixture. Scatter over the peaches.
🔥Bake for 20 mins until golden and crunchy on top
✅Serve with ice cream or Greek yogurt.
✅Store in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat before eating.
❗️Measurements Note: All recipes have been developed using weight measurements. Although US volume measurements have been included for your convenience, it is highly encouraged that you weigh your ingredients using a kitchen scale to get the best possible results. Due to the sensitive nature of baking, kitchen scales are proven to yield more accurate and consistent results than measuring cups. Enjoy!
