Thanks for helping Abigail and Tyler.... poor Maurice, he didn't deserve being hit and then the culprit driving off.... but he's going to be back on the road soon- he lives another day! Thanks again- from Abigails Mum.
Well done Simon for helping Tylor...what a nice film to watch and interesting to see how well made the Fiesta is...not a bad car at all! The best bit is your helping him to find a solution for little money. Now all there is to do is find Skoda man and present him with a bill for £500 because you don’t work cheap!! As you say,,,”Good luck with that!!”. Richard😃😃😃😃
@@L663 Good gracious..that is a result!! Very unusual and I can only think he or a friend must watch your films! I thought it was remarkable that he didn’t thump the door panel so a fluke accident. I hope he pays Tylor for the repairs and your time at least. Good news indeed! 😃😃😃😃Richard👏👏👏👏
I am sure I am not the best boss... but he is a great lad so happy to help and support him. Lots of young people get a bad press but there are some young people out there that just want to learn and work hard to support their family...
Note to SImon - do not interrupt Tyler while he is screwing in a bolt in an awkward area - so he won't drop it and has to take everything apart agin to retrieve it ;-)
Haha great video can't believe Tyler has never been to a scrapyard , i use to always wear a coat with deep pockets when i went to a scrapyard years ago .
😂 Simon you were getting way too excited rummaging around the items found underneath the seats 😂 Well done on helping Tyler out and making sure everything went OK.
Hiya where’s the place you went to get scrap car parts where you can go find what you need and remove it yourself would be very handy as I was involved in a hit and run and don’t want insurance to take over so would rather do the work myself
Busted my wing mirror on a bin in the road, luckily the dealer could still order a mirror glass and body coloured cover for me and it was sub $200. (2009 Mitsubishi Lancer)
@@L663 it'll be in the heater vents, behind the dash, under the back seats, and if he ever removes the carpet it'll be under there as well, it is a nightmare, I forgotten how many side windows and windscreens I've fitted over the years but I've never worked out how it gets absolutely everywhere.

How lovely to see the Boss helping one of his staff. What a good man you are!
I need him to be able to get to work... and its all good learning he can apply to his job to help me.
@@L663 what an inspiring answer Simon...there are few employers that understand that. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
Your a great boss goes a long way helping the staff out wish we had some like you in the Nhs ( my work ) 👍👍
We can fix cars.. but fixing people is a whole new world of amazing !
Legends! Thanks for your help Simon with the pick your own window 😅😊
Who is owning up to owning the baby soft lip balm ?
Sorry to see Tyler’s bad luck, but great that he could fix it with your help Simon.
This says a lot about the company when the boss is prepared to spend so much time helping an employee.
Nice to see a boss offering something instead of asking for something.
Well done Guys!
Another top bit of cooperation.
As said below - great to see the boss helping!

Tyler is fortunate to have a boss like you, Simon. 👍🏻👍🏻

Respect to you Simon. A top boss.
All the best chaps

Yes there are not many scrapyards you can go to now...... was kind of nostalgic...
Tyler has the patience of a saint

Didn't realise there were any of the old school help yourself scrap yards left. Used to love scavenging parts. Wish there was one near me!
Very lucky to find one on door step. I thought a road trip was coming
There’s a spare Range Rover Sport that could be given to Tyler as an employer benefit / company vehicle! 😀👍👌👊
I love scrap yards, I remember when I was a young boy seeing a black E type all smashed up, would have been my retirement plan if I had saved it
Yes i think it will bring back a lot of memories for some of us older guys !

Simon the badger wasn’t giving up with that plastic - it was coming off!
Ford plastics put up a better fight than Land Rover plastics

That not too bad..
Re assembly of the door card is a pain in the backside with these
Is that a Breton sticker on the tail gate Tyler?
Certainly is 🥐
What even is Breton ?
@@abigail.ann.rI thought so I live in Bretagne so I see them all the time, hope you get the nutter who hit the car.
The sticker on the back of Maurice is of a Breton lady from Brittany France 🇫🇷 as my grandparents live there
@@L663 You have a house in France you should know, a Breton is a native of Bretagne, a bit like the Welsh.
That looks like a Merc part number on the other mirror
Yes that seems to be the opinion... anyone see a Merc around Swindon with a missing wing mirror ?
ох уж этот чистый английский) ни с чем не спутаешь)
I wish you was my boss ❤
Sorry to hear about this but He'll be finding glass in that thing for years.
As you see it was all fixed for £20 so no big deal !
I was amazed to see the glass had gone everywhere !

That thing is Maurice, he's much loved and respected!!!
No orange pen 😂
Damn forgot !
Don't FORD use orange coloured bolts!!!!!!!!!
No need for the orange pen on ford as their bolts are a nice yellow zinc !
Let boy fix his car you go away
Are you Tarzan ? its just you seem to write just like Tarzan speaks !
😢😢🤷♂️🙏🙏
Hi Mr Virdi... as you can see young Tyler has been having a smashing time !
@@L663 it’s 😢 but he is still having a happy 😆 face look 👀 after him.
Thanks 🙏
The other mirror is from a Mercedes
Damn Marc drivers !
This may come as a bit of a surprise, but face masks don't work when they're tucked under your chin.
Yes but when outside we should be OK
Absolute legends, needed to do mine and it helped a bunch, glad Taylor was ok, definitely subscribing cheers! 🍺
