I don’t think Florida, has any yarn shows, so I really enjoy your UK yarn tours. I made a bucket list, and visiting the uk is on the list, but it would be wonderful to see a yarn show while I’m visiting. I have watched your channel for a long time and you never disappoint thank you, for sharing your time,please, say hello to Dan and the girls as well.❤
Are you in FL? I recently moved here and I can’t find any yarn festivals! I’ve googled so much and nothing. I did find one called Orlando Distaff Day but it was the one weekend I was away! I’m pretty surprised!
@@mendezcher yes, I’m in Florida,and I did say Florida,doesn’t seem to have any yarn shows.
I lived close enough to Rhinebeck to go every year and many more in my area so I’m sad there’s nothing around here.
I live in S.W. Florida a we don’t even have a true yarn shop in our town or area.Have to resort to the “big” craft stores or shop on line 😥

I had a little chuckle when I saw your amazing chicken bag as, all the way over here in West Australia I had made myself a project bag out of the mustard colour way of the same chicken pattern! That looked so fun! I spotted some Wonderland yarns there. I'm fortunate to be able to get those from one of my local yarn stores and I am OBSESSED! One of these days I need to get across the pond and check things out over there!

Ali and Dan, thank you both for sharing this wonderful festival with your viewers. I would be in color sensory heaven to see all that beautiful yarn and bags and other goodies gathered in one space. It would be hard to decide what to buy. I’m glad to see the emotional support chickens riding to the occasion. I have started my first one, and I am loving it. It’s so much fun to go on a yarny adventure with you. ❤️😊☘️
Seeing all those yarn colours, minis, balls and assorted notions, is to me like being a kid in a candy shop. So so hard to decide, overwhelming almost.

What a fantastic way to spend Mother’s Day Ali. Such a lovely podcast and thanks for taking us with you. The next major wool show for me is the Bendigo Sheep & Wool Show (In Australia) in July. My friends and I catch the train which is a 3 hr trip each way but we get to knit/crochet on the train and have a great laugh 🧶

I came to the show on Saturday, i walked there as i actually live in Easton. Easton is the village where the Showground is situated. I bought a beautiful tote bag from lovely Alex Collins, 3 skeins of yarn and 4 pom poms from The crafty Bird. Sorry i missed you Ali, it's a lovely festival and all the more special for being on my doorstep x

I hope to visit your country soon - will have to check out yarn festivals too. My hubby doesn't mind tagging along, especially if the animals are there.

This year I'm going to the new festival in Edinburgh. The Woolly Good Gathering at Summerhall. So excited, I can't wait for April 26th. 😍 You should come to one of the festivals up here in Scotland.
