  • Finally, right?! I probably get asked to do this video at least 3 times a day ;) Even if you’re never intending to become pregnant, or you’re one of my male yogis, this class is still an amazingly grounding class to open up the hips and the low back as well as give you some gentle endurance work as well. Congrats to all my yogis with a little one on board and welcome to all the ones who are just here for the heck of it! You’re gonna love it- so let’s go!

    I've been addicted to your doyouyoga 30 day challenge for the past year, but being in my 4th month of pregnancy I'm starting to have trouble with some of the flows. I JUST FOUND THIS today and am so thankful! I'm so thankful for you, Erin! You rock!

    I'm a guy, so i'm obviously not pregnant, but this was a great flow. I've been tense in the core and lower back area lately, and this flow had some great stretches for those muscles which really helped. Thank you, Erin!!! Hope you upload week 5 soon.

    This was actually a pretty good morning flow, i felt really sore when waking up so this was nice and gentle flow yet still active. Anyway, thanks Erin for making so many yoga videos. I can't believe when I did your first 30day challenge in january I couldn't make my feet touch the ground in downward dog and now I'm already getting my leg behind my shoulder haha.

    Very enjoyable class! I did yoga when I was pregnant with my 4th child and I definitely wish I would have done with all of them. Yoga does help with delivery; it centers you :) Thanks Erin!

    This was mas first specific prenatal yoga routine, and I liked. I learnt that there are a lot of poses that I can still use safely and challenge myself juuuuust a little bit. It was a nice and short one!

    Hi Erin! Thanks for all your hard work, I absolutely loved the 30 day challenge. I am not pregnant and actively ttc. Does this flow increase fertility? Thanks!
