Best City for Americans to Retire in: Novi Sad, Serbia

I've lived in the middle of Illinois, middle of Indiana, Chicago, Miami, middle of Mexico and in 8 different towns/ cities in Serbia; My favorite is Novi Sad, Serbia! Quality of life, 1 hour to Belgrade, cheap transportation, amazing nightlife, affordable housing and monthly bills, friendly English speaking locals, architectural beauty, good food and growing job market
