Hi if I'm honest with you I stopped watching Corrie after COVID. I can't believe that even now they hardly have anyone in the Rovers. Don't the writers of today's Corrie understand that the Rovers is the main meeting place of coronation Street. That's why so many people are watching the older episodes. Same as EastEnders. A total waste of the TV licence fee. Anyway thanks to UA-cam we can always watch Corrie in its prime.

I disagree. Gail's job is as important as Brian's. This story line really hits home about the difficulties families face with two working adults and competing responsibilities. There is no easy answer, but at least they had Ivy to look after Nicky part of the time.
