Reynold Poernomo adalah peserta masterchef Australia yang berasal dari Indonesia yang juga merupakan adik dari juri masterchef Indonesia Arnold Poernomo.
Ia mengikuti ajang masterchef Australia season 12 edisi spesial yang bertajuk "back to win" yang berisi peserta-peserta top 12 dari season-season sebelumnya yang sudah sangat berpengalaman dan banyak yang telah membuka restorannya sendiri. Reynold sendiri sebelumnya merupakan peringkat 4 di season ke-7 yang setelahnya membuka dessert bar KOI di Sydney, Australia.

What i always love about masterchef australia that there wasn't any drama. Just competition, talents and lesson. The judges just humble, tho they are famoust chef, but they really are gave a positive feedback, and they also learnt again through the contestant, not only the other way around. Forgive my english.

UK and Australian Masterchef just feels so natural compared to US

You KNOW you’re boss level when you give your dishes names like; “Down the Rabbit hole, White Noise, Moss, etc”. Reynold is wildly skilled, and basically a celebrity. Well deserved, I love this man.
The snitch
Reynold was something else. I remember his 'Moss' and 'Forbidden Fruit' he's something else.
That little face Gordon made after his byte is such a compliment.
I think Gordon really respects him. Reynold isn't one of those 'chefs' that are all talk but can't back it up. He knows his stuff, is creative as hell, and puts out incredible dishes time after time after time. Reynold can hold his own on the savory side of the kitchen, but if this were a strictly pastry/desert competition, nobody could hold a candle to him.
Gordon knows how complicated and time consuming it is to prepare such a dish. It's considered almost impossible in such short time limit unless you really know what to do or have a lot of experience. And then there's his ability to design it so aesthetically pleasant, it's really cherry on top.
Gordon loves great desserts!! Reynold is the Master of dessert!!

For me the champion of Master chef Australia is Reynold Poernomo. Amazing master chef. Full of creativity and innovation.
I really feel in the history of Master Chef, there have been 2 legends: Reynold, who is the master of desert, and Christine Ha, who proved that being blind was not a handicap if you have the drive and the determination.

He is an artist, and he loves mastering his crafts. Imagine being in the competition and going up against him... goshh itd be sooo hard. He is the best imo.

I love how it looks like the judges are students, and Reynold is teaching a master(chef) class in dessert making. They don’t even pry into what he’s doing (something judges tend to do on Masterchef). They’re just there to watch the king do his thing 🫡

Master Chef Australi ini bagus..tidak terbebani waktu.. juri benar2 menilai kualitas masakan dan tidak terlalu menjatuhkan
Tp hrsnya pake waktu krn tamu ga peduli sbrp bnyk antrian makanan yg dipesan sama tamu lain nya. Mrk cuma tau mknan mereka hrs siap dlm waktu 15-20 menit. Disitulah letak tekanan nya dan knp hrs dikerasin supaya mental nya jadi.
Masalahnya kalau udah masuk dapur resto itu udah harus tau time management, alasan di Australia ga terlalu make waktu ya karena perserta aja chef profesional semua.. jadi harusnya udah bagus time management nya.. kalau di ausi ikut MC buat jadi ajang pembuktian, kalau di kita mah ajang mulai karir .. contoh aja reinold yg emang seorang pro chef bahkan sebelum ikut MC
