I may have missed this in another video, but at around 13:00 when you start that jumping sequence you say something that sounds like “hang-mah”? Can you describe what this means?
'Heng+ma' means 'movement'. like 1 space jump, 2space jump, knight move, hand, extend... those are called 'Heng ma' in Korea. Normally many of country doesn't really use this word.^^
At first I am thinking J7 is using the wall to make territory and the "don't use thickness to make territory" but then I notice N4 is black sente which means white is not actually thickness so J7 is actually good, is how one should think of the white stones from O2-P7?
Great video. Thanks. Deeply sad to see yet another player, the 2k here, just play mechanical, habit moves. There is no pause to find better moves than the obvious ones. There is, essentially very little thinking. And the same kind of game gets played every time, in effect. So the way in which you counter his laziness is very interesting.
Thank you so much ! I became 2 stones stronger by watching your videos !
Very helpful! Thanks from a kyu player.

Baduk Doctor, thanks for the clarification! Though one more quick question: what is a “hand” move? Or was this a typo for hane?
@@Andyg2g I'm not sure what is 'hand' move too. Maybe my pronunciation was wrong? ^^; I'm not really sure.

“We are not going to play the game for killing.”
No deal 😈
Some of my students really enjoy to kill too haha^^
me want more 9d live review.
I made one more already ^^ Mayve it will come up in this or next week ^^
Tygem 2k seems really weak. On kgs or ogs nobody at 2 kyu would ever play like black in the upper left side.
