The variation you showed at 12:49 is strikingly similar to what I've learned from another baduk UA-camr from Taiwan ! And he said this was basics, I'm glad I learned it and I see how it can be applied in this situation now

I hope I understand correctly, I've always thought of haengma is the "flow and movement of stones" as if stones themselves are body cells. When your haengma is natural, you are like water, flexible and resilient, and that's how you control the flow of the game.

AI doesn’t like it. But if you are not a professional or a very strong amateur then you can play any joseki that you can remember and it will be better than flailing about hoping to guess the AI move. AI prefers 3-3 invasions, and tends to just tenuki if you try to push it into a joseki like this one.

I think he means it's old in that it's been known for a long time, not that it's not worth it to play.
Black tends to get into 3.3 more often nowadays than getting influence ^^ After all, it depends on the whole board's situation.
