If my title was a question, do I need to put my conclusion in this too?

Not in the title. It would be good to put your aims & objectives in your introduction and then refer to these in your conclusion.

how many people do we need to watch our presentation?

For AQA it's minimum of 2 (supervisor + someone else) and can be as many as you want, but I'm not sure for other exam boards. Hope this helps!
