About 10 years ago I used to work for a company called Great length and they made these extensions from a product. They called Indian temple hair. I always thought as African American that we were the only ones wearing extinctions. I use braids or wigs because I'm afraid that they will rip out my natural hair. But it was really interesting to see that method. I didn't even know there was another one out there called IBE. Looks pretty interesting though.
Not enough hair density was added, the ends look disconnected and thin. Also - why say the GHD doesn't damage hair? It's a heat tool and carries damage the same as any other heat tool. How misleading. Why not wash the hair at least prior to installation and giving her a new style? This isn't a great way to showcase a salon!
These are called “white girl weaves” because regular sew on don’t work on straight hair like Asian and Eurocentric hair types it is a new process but I wish they didn’t talk about how it was influenced by black hair care because it is majorly
I'm confused. Isn't this just a sew-in? Also the blending isn't that great. On a positive note, Ms. Sara is really pretty and I hope she has a healthy pregnancy and baby!! Congrats!
I’ve had IBE for a number of years. She’s needed one more row of hair and to have broken up back of her natural hair, is hard to blend blunt hair. It could have been so good.
Isn't this a form of microlinks? I have this in my head now. Yea just read the description box it is microlinks. Lol I love microlinks so versatile. My natural hair resembles cooked Ramen noodles so my Stylist was able to match the weave to my hair perfectly and I wear it straight sometimes. It's like ur real hair. Style it up like u want too.
Do you experience thinning of the hair? I really want to get this done, but I am afraid the extension will cause tension on my own hair and weekend the roots xx
I thought hair extensions ruin your hair and pull out the natural hair on your head? I've seen people who've worn extensions for years and they have very very very very very messed up short hair under their extensions. Anyone?
Those people probably negect their real hair. Clips can damage your hair if your don’t remove them at night. But these and others methods are less damaging but you still have to take care of your hair.
The ends are so scraggly & thin? You can see her real hair length through it. Or am I going crazy
No, you're not. I can see it too.
It doesn't blend in the back :/

I prefer thicker extensions with a more seamless blend. Interesting change tho.

Silk pillow case and a bonnet will work AMAZING also
So these are basically sew-in extensions. What's so new and innovative about this?

it doesn't damage the hair as long as you don't sew too tight which can cause breakage
It’s done very well but the extension hair would be better if it was thicker.
Am I confused, but isn't this just a sew-in or partial sew-in? 🤔👀
Someone said they're microlinks?
Just a heads up the closed captioning says "hi, I'm Child Jesus" 😅
So what is the process for tightening them when they grow out?
Bruh no she didn’t do her like that 😂😂😂😂the stylist has all the hair in her head and gave her a few weafts she had left over 😂
She did say she just started

Hi. I just got microlinks for the first time on Saturday. I have curly natural hair too
It's not good, clearly can see there's extension...

I think u should have adderade at least one more row or doubled up, for my liking its a little bit too thin at the ends 🤷🏼♂️🙏🏻
@@robertbjornesjo8087 couldn’t agree more!
@@robertbjornesjo8087 You're so right ...I looks like just one row was sewn in
Gorg!!
I am soooo sorry but this wasn't the best. The hair was thin on the bottom and you could see her real hair underneath. It wasn't seemless. 😢
I have questions.
Is this a sponsored video?
It looks so fake.
Very nice video good your work is beautiful niceee good video amazing work
All types of hair extensions are damaging to one's hair !!
Yep, best are temporary, like clip in. Anything that stays in and pulls down on ur hair, gonna break and damage
This is bad wtf 🤬
I hate everything about fake beauty...We didn't need...
never said it was a need, its a want. grow up
So it’s a sew 🪡 in
Girl. I was also like ...??
I’ve seen a few self see ins that turned out more natural looking than this one, you can see the natural hair vs the extensions even.
