    Lying on the floor with your legs on a chair, forming a 90-degree angle at the knees, can help realign hips by relieving pressure and tension on the lower back and pelvis. This position promotes proper spinal alignment, reduces strain on the hip flexors, and encourages relaxation of the muscles around the hips and lower back. Additionally, it can improve circulation in the legs and reduce swelling in the feet and ankles.
