Hey man. You should The Dutch most popular and famous dish: kapsalon. You can get this everywhere but I am happy to show you an good quality kapsalon :)
My honest recommendation would be that you should also try some more unusual (Gouda style) Dutch cheeses, such as kruidnagelkaas (it's a Gouda style cheese with whole cloves (the spice) in it) and also komijnekaas, same style also, but with cumin seeds in the cheese. Also: Try some other Dutch cheeses that are similar in style, but quite different in taste, these are for example Edammer (from Edam) and Gouda (from Gouda) (The gouda one you probably already know, the Edammer you probably don't know yet.) It would also be nice to try them side by side. Here are a few more example: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dutch_cheeses By the way, this is a terribly short list, it should be at least more than 10 times bigger, but i guess it's a start. :)

Edam is nowadays only available as a very bland tasting factory cheese, you almost only taste salt.
