Guy in the truck that almost hit the kid on the bike is perfect example of ppl making a mistake, getting called out on it and instead of admitting fault, they want to argue instead
Jack o lantern face pumpkin heads are known to do that
Dude's obviously on roids and let go of himself a long time ago @@ericdoe2318
Indeed
And do you know precisely what would prevent? Such asinine misbehavior from such idiots who want to argue against such facts?
Being raised correctly with the proper amount of tough love a k a butt whooping from the parents when the child is misbehaving.
Sadly, so many parents have been brain dirtied to the point of thinking that it's abused to slap a child's butt. Hard enough to get the child's attention...truly pathetic
Every time. No matter how in the wrong. People always jump to defend themselves
Accountability has gone completely out of style. What sad times we are living in.
Did he really blame that low side on tire pressure? Does he know that people who watch these videos also ride motorcycles? 😂
And even if he was being truthful, he was going riding KNOWING he was going to be riding on the edge, and never bothered to do the most rudimentary inspection of his machine. He has no leg to stand on here.
He's an idiot, dude.
Low pressure would be a factor, Dangerously low pressure would be a big factor driving at high speeds. He was an idiot for not checking it. and even bigger idiot for riding hard and not checking it. IF it had low pressure he should have felt it long before he got to that turn. So all around he is an idiot.
@@spartanx169x Pretty much my thoughts. I can feel if things don't feel right and don't push it. Well, as much as you can push a Harley. lol. But I don't think my fist thoughts after a crash would be to check my tire pressure. But that's just me-
Last Clip: The car passing by is the reason why it's not the smartest idea to take a walk as a pedestrian on a free lane on a highway at night times with bad vision through a lot of lights... Question answered, Mr.
Exactly, and they were very nice about it, could have been an easy ticket for them
There is a cop car directly behind me Where I’m standing. I’m not in danger of a vehicle hitting me
@@CollinMac96 Interesting. You see a car zooming by on the shoulder, and still think the cop car behind you will protect you from these idiots. And then, even though you trust cops to add to your safety, you mistrust the two that came over to have a friendly chat. Doesn't make sense to me, honoustly.
0:45 to 0:52 That is why you insure that you shakure. The front brake or put the bike in gear before you try to lift it
Thats understandable, but they where being cool and respectful with you, there was no need to act that defensive against them its just asking for trouble.@CollinMac96
5:15 tyre pressure my arse. You hear those rpm's going up and down at high lean angle? Yeah, that's why. It kinda tends to upset the suspension.
Yeah, you can hear him chop the throttle mid corner
3:13 I didn't expect the rider is going to do that... Mad Respect 😮
5:12 tire pressure... lol... more like lack of skills and speeding on public roads..
These losers are always blaming shit like tire pressure, cold tires, oil on the road, blah blah for riding like bell ends and eating shit.
And even if it was tire pressure...whose fault is that?
Low pressure would do exactly that. Skills can't overcome bad tire pressure. I've purchased 12 used bikes over the years. 10 of the 12 had dangerously low pressure- Half, HALF of what it should be. BUT , if it had low pressure he should have felt it long before that happens as the bike will feel like you are riding through mud feeling very unstable.
If he was a good rider he wouldn't of ride his all that way without knowing the bike don't feel right
@@spartanx169x This is a plainly ridiculous statement. I've ridden bikes with tires that were quite literally flat and not had an issue.
Hell, I had half of a 10mm spanner stuck in my tire and didn't notice til 12 miles later when I pulled into a parking lot and felt the tire folding over when I tried steering/sliding the rear into a parking spot with the rear brake. I noticed something was slightly off at the rear when carving twisties at 70-80mph (extremely stiff sidewalled tire) but nothing egregious enough to make me think the rear had 0 air in it. Similarly, I've ridden on totally flat rear tires that I knew were flat as it was spinning on the rim and folding over at a standstill, yet still managed the 5 miles home (granted at about 20mph max). I've also ridden on both front/rear tires sitting at 8-9psi for prolonged periods without issue (riding knobbies setup for rocks and pounding pavement in between at speed, and still able to canyon carve between spots.) With tires that are objectively less sticky on pavement than the ones on the guy's bike in the video, I've had no issues carving at 60-70 on a bike - because my body position doesn't suck and I'm not outriding my ability.
Point is, an experienced rider can absolutely compensate for low or high pressure. This rider was simply outriding his skills and wants to blame tire pressure for his screw up. That sort of thing is common with riders who never grow/improve. 100% of the time, crashes are caused by the person on the bike. Any other outlook simply means you aren't willing to accept that as a rider, we're accountable for ourselves, and as such, won't improve.
This is why when riding with a group we always say "Ride your ride." Trying to keep up with bolder or more skilled friends is just stupid and a 1-way ticket to crashing.
@@spartanx169x Also noteworthy - listen to the bike. He gets mid turn, he snaps the throttle open which pushes him wide, he panics, and snaps it back off (effectively bucking/upsetting the suspension mid turn), and then snaps it back on again as he gets out of his comfort zone, just as the slide begins. His inexperience, poor throttle control, and poor body position caused this crash - nothing else.
last guy sucked, the cop was a rider at some point and liked the bike and wanted to come off as friendly after having to make you go back to your bike and then you came off as a jerk, by saying its a 6 ? whatever that is, and then telling him thats the only question your going to answer, how rude for no reason whatsoever, its not unreasonable for them to ask you not to be standing on a highway with dark clothes on.
1) you suck
2) if he’s a rider and someone says their bike is a 6 referring to displacement it is obvious it is a 600
3) why did he say “im not going to look for it” when i told him you dont have to start looking for stuff. He’s looking for any issue with the bike so he can have something to say.
Yep. Put himself in danger and drew the officers' attention wandering around in traffic in the dark, asked for a completely unreasonable request, and then got snippy when the officer tried to chat with him.
You suck
Yes, because behaving like a dick is makes them so much less likely to be interested in checking licence, insurance, roadworthyness etc
@@electrogrim well it worked lol
On the Kentish Roads, why would you ride in front of someone on their phone not paying attention to the road?
Exactly...I'd much rather have a driver like that way out in front so I can see what they're doing....
He's had other clips on this channel and he seems to be an ass.
No lie, these videos help me a lot as a newer rider. Thankful everyone is okay and not hurt but appreciate the lessons learned.
I'm really glad you wrote that
No, they really do help. Gave me examples of what not to do and who to never associate with.
True that ! My wife would ask me why I would watch motorcycle crash videos erven though I ride a bike and I would tell her it was to keep me grounded and not do stupid stuff on public roads.
I been riding 3 years and these videos still help
I watch those videos for too long and I'm getting annoyed by those by now. Most of lessons repeat over and over again:
-people with tshirts, shorts, no gloves, shoes that would fell off even on a bicycle
-unexperienced people trying to push corners too hard without knowing what they're doing (and I personally strongly advise to get training on track, getting confidence and understanding how to take corners properly)
-speeding in area where you should really be focused (I speed a lot, but you really need to be aware where you need to slow the fuck down as people will not see you going at that speed)
-experienced people not anticipating anything, with zero situational awareness... this is probably something that might take some time to learn if you don't have any driving license for too long, but you can avoid many situations by simply observing every car around you and seeing that there's something wrong in the way how they approach eg. intersection, especially when there's no eye contact
-also no proper lane position to maximize your visibility for other drivers and your chances of escaping dangerous situations - check DanDanTheFireman - he's bit repetitive after few videos, but he teaches well how to be safe
5:00 - Yeah, sure, tire pressure. Definitely the problem there.
Definitely not going on and off throttle. Looks like his rear tire slid out when he gassed it on the yellow line/reflectors. He may have also been spooked by his knee touching the ground. He has a pretty bad flinch right before losing it. Could proper tire pressure have saved him here? Maybe, but I wouldn't count on it.
@@VroomNDoom2602 Tire pressure was at 23 psi cold when I got the bike home. So yes, it was 100% my fault. I admit to that for not checking the same day of riding. The throttle chopping happened because mid corner I felt the front tire slide a bit then catch traction and then slide out again as I got back on it and I barely added throttle, that’s what spooked me initially. It was the front tire washing out not the rear.
@@Rsixmardz 23 psi not on the front I hope :D
@@prostynick yep, unfortunately front tire at 23 psi yes. Rear tire blew out because the whole wheel broke off when it hit the rocks. Lol good times. I now have another RS but I take it much easier on the streets and I just don’t ride like that anymore.
@@Rsixmardz yikes, 23 psi front seems very low. I have 25 psi rear. Triple is a great bike, but I went for Z650 used as I go for small kart tracks a lot and the risk I'll lay it down is quite high. I have almost zero roads around the place I live with nice curves anyway :D Because of that I don't lean too far on normal streets. Too many unpredictable things on public roads.
10:00 "Car almost pulled out in front of us but fortunately stopped in time" - Man, that's scary. Only yesterday a plane nearly landed on top of me but fortunately it went to the airport instead. And last year an asteroid nearly crashed into me but fortunately missed the Earth by 20 million miles. 😅😅😅

Moral of the story... Just because you can, don't treat roads like race tracks, the surfaces aren't the same and you're sharing roads with distracted idiots heading in the opposite direction! 🤔😉
Well, if someone is racing on the road, they are also an idiot.

0:49 - embarrassed to say I've done the exact same thing with my wife's Rebel 500. It was brand new, second or third fillup and I forgot to put the kickstand down at the fuel pumps.... DOH!!! You've never seen someone pick up a bike so fast and look around! LOL.
I was once figuring out something with my suspension so I put zip ties in the forks. I pulled over to take a look and the bike fell over because I also forgot to put down the kickstand. It is very embarrassing and the bike does go back up very quickly.
😅@@aluisious
Everybody that owns a bike sooner or later will drop one because of forgetting the kickstand.
@@spartanx169x I had a hole in the sole of my boot and being a cheap skate I tried to repair instead of replacing. One afternoon I got on the bike and fired it up, flipped up the side stand and it got caught in the hole lol. I began to topple as I frantically tried to get my boot loose, luckily was on a hill so I was able to pull the clutch in and roll away to regain my balance and get my other foot down on terra firma. @@dgphi In the UK it means there is a pedestrian crossing.
@@mrmark8603 Right. That means a pedestrian or a bicycle or something could have popped out from in front of the lead car. My point is, even if you decide to break the rule (which I don't think is a good idea), you should at least be aware of why it is a rule.
@@dgphi Absolutely.

@@breezetixmoto Paid for what? It's not my work. I do biking purely for fun and I post online just to share with people for fun not for monetary gain. Some people might want to get paid and those people can refuse permission to use their videos.
collin mac being a bit of a prick tbh: pedestrian on highway, when asks to skip the line and when officer is curious trying to kill time hes rude to him.
I like these videos because they show what not to do.
That truck driver who nearly wiped out the kid on the bicycle ought not to be on the road.
The Drvier didn't see the kid and its understandable given the angle and tinted windows. The kid had no business being there unsupervised. That is EXACTLY how kids get ran over. If anything the kid would have ran into the side of the truck making it the fault of the kid.
@@spartanx169x Wrong approach entirely. That was a sidewalk, not a road, and those on the sidewalk, including kids have priority over traffic crossing it. If the vehicle has tinted windows and has particularly bad visibility for the driver, then that's even more reason to be especially careful when there are pedestrians about.
It is also no business of yours whether a kid was supervised or not. In this case he wasn't actually doing anything wrong, and it's the attitude you espouse that has contributed to the huge (77%) increase in pedestrian fatalities in the US in the last 15 years to what is now a 45 year high. If you are driving a 3 ton potential killing machine around, then you have the responsibility to look out for more vulnerable road users. The fashion for ever larger trucks and SUVs in he US has also been a contributory factor to what are now appalling safety standards. In addition, this mentality of blame the pedestrian (or cyclist) is just another manifestation of how entitled car culture had been so damaging over many decades.
The motorcyclist had the right sense of priorities.
00:28 I've done that before, though my gas cap didn't fall off lol.

People not wearing the bare minimum of a helmet, gloves, boots and some decent clothing for me lose a lot of respect cause you are literally only going to fuck yourself up and have no protection against it. If you come off your bike I just can’t imagine what it’s like for your hands with no gloves sliding across the floor and your legs etc it’s just mental!
From the first time I got on a bike, the thought of going down on pavement, and the automatic response of putting my hands down to break my fall and having no gloves has been a nightmare thought I've never been able to get out of my head. I wear gloves ALWAYS on a bike.
#2 piece of gear after a helmet are gloves. Your hands are so important, so easy to ruin, and the first thing most people put down to break a fall.
I once rode with some random group and talked to a guy at a stop who had a leather jacket and no gloves, and he said "don't worry, I don't work with my hands." What the f? What are you, a blowjob model?

My eyesight isn't perfect but even I can see motorcyclists from quite the distance and can tell really quickly how fast they're going. These same kind of people are the same kind of people who pull out in front of large trucks with the same excuse. In this case that's the UK and filtering (or better overtaking as in this case) by bikes is legal or at least accepted. However, the way he was doing it was wrong. To start with way too fast. Then much more importantly he was overtaking (or attempting to) overtake the lead car at the zig zag lines at a crossing. Which is illegal.

Damn episodes on Moto Stars be crazy. I gotta say I love the logo that Rabbit is cool. 😁I see a lot of wild shit while out riding drivers texting, sleeping, swerving, cutting across solid lines etc. But the way it is today I’m not saying nothing to anyone. Hell naw. People will start blasting or bust your ass open keep right on going and DGAF all on video to. Some are caught some aren’t but it’s a reminder to do the following
1 mind your own business unless it’s helping someone.
2 let those idiot drivers go don’t pick a fight.
3 slow down because some of these riders don’t need to be on the road example there’s a episode where a biker was doing 160 mph on public roads/highways lost control and crashed. Who does 160 on public roads it’s not a race track and the road is shared with other people.
4. Be safe y’all at all times and may the force be with us all.
