I'm rewatching this for inspiration and I would frame the tissue as is and hang on a eall.It's beautiful!!! i love recycling everything.Many people don't understand that, but I see everything as an art medium.

I agree. I look at everything with an eye as to how can I use that later. I just got rid of, at least, 200 Amazon boxes that my neighbor "suggested" I might want to get rid of. It broke my heart that I had not moved faster to use all these wonderful boxes. Oh, well.

One could consider pressing inexpensive porous other paper on top of the more wet areas producing more incredible serendipity. Your videos are fascinating.
Oh yes! I have done that!, It does work but sometimes it messes up the original tissue because the colours become muddy, but it’s definitely worth experimenting with! 👍🏼😘
Now there is something I can do and make the results look like I know what I’m doing! Spray water into bottles and dump out on tissue paper! I can do that. Thank you for the recycling idea!
Haha! Of course you can do this! & it makes the most amazing papers that you can use for mixed media projects, art journal, collage or even as wrapping paper! Ha! 👍🏼😍

My family think I am mad, recycyclingn stuff from everywhere. My son just took down some water piping that wouldn't drip on the plants any more. I will now use it, along with old charge cords, as the core in maaking baskets. Happy, happy!

This DEFINITELY has that WOWOWOOW Factor! You are SO inventive. One of the main things I love about your videos is the rich, vibrant, DARK colors that you use on your projects. I have watched hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of other Artist videos and they all seem to use what I call "scrapbooking colors"... kind of like Floridian beachy colors - kid-like colors. Not a fan, even though they are quite nice. But YOURS... your tastes seem to run to the RICH VICTORIAN and Renaissance colors... dark Art Deco and so forth. BIG FAN! Wow! I would never have tried this as I assumed the paper would dissolve when wet. I save all my tissue paper from parcels and now know how to use it - I eill also dry ink stamping on it when it's dry. Thanks for the ideas!

This is so fantastic! I could definitely see this framed as is. So contemporary and abstract. I have been buying tissue paper from the dollar store to make collage paper--certainly not like this though. It does work wonderfully with the paint. I am so looking forward to trying this out as well.

One thing I like doing is to get the watered down last bit of paint in the bottle into a spray bottle, then spray it on to my papers. Another cool way to do it, but does give a different look. This is gorgeous

This is like the perfect way to play with your colors and paints when you're feeling artsy but don't want to commit to a full piece... Love it!
