Dr. Berg, doesn’t dairy cause inflammation? I wish you would promote dairy-free Keto.
I agree that dairy is inflammatory, and in a perfect world we would be dairy free, but the substitutes, which are mostly soy, are also inflammatory, along with non grass fed meat, so what we do personally is take it easy on dairy, but we want people to have options on our channel because when you restrict too much, it's impossible to sustain. I actually am doing a blog on dairy on my website this month called 'My Dairy Free Week'. Check it out in a few weeks!
Keto in the Country I don’t eat soy products either. Also, cheese substitutes taste terrible. I just think Keto recipes contain tons of cheese, and it’s not good for my health. I don’t eat dairy, legumes, or nightshades. All I’m asking is for dairy-free recipes for everyone’s health. Sorry to offend you.
