Love castle Combe ! Done my first ever track day there in 2009 in my B5 RS4 ! Done castle Combe last August too in my B5 RS4 ! I usually do track days in my R26.

Was speaking to the lads from H Sport at their HQ last week when I was picking bits up from Anderson Race Engines next door. Great bunch of lads with some terrific cars. Hopefully get my ST finished next month so may catch you at a track day some time soon! May even catch you at Spring Action Day if you’re about mate 🤙

I'll have to look into tyres a bit more for better PB's. Currently using AD08r as a daily/track tyre and really like them but I haven't used anything above these. Until these AD08r, Probably Yokohama S-drives were the best I had used.
Dunlop direzza are very good.

I wanna know the spec of the S3 saloon haha, you absolutely destroyed it, i didn't know fiesta st's were so capable.....I went Golf R which im currently turning into a track car slowly with all the goodies, although mind you, i've never tracked before...First vid i've seen of yours, great job man!, you killed it!
All i know about the audi is that it was 600bhp plus but looked a full road spec car with road tyres
@@Sparkplugsteve Wow...Still, you destroyed it nonetheless, fantastic driving, even left your squad haha, I'm unsure how much you do but you should definitely look to getting into some sort of competition as I'm sure you'd do brilliantly just from this one drive, only issue is I'm sure they have certain restrictions but there must be a certain power class you can join? great to watch honestly.

ive decided to not buy a fiesta ST due to the price of fuel & the bad fuel economy of the fiesta
This is my reality check, £9k ish for an ST in good condition low miles, but then fuel prices as well.
With electric cars being pushed, idk if I should get one now or a good economy diesel 😅😭
Since when was 34 mpg bad
Bought an st just over a month ago, averaging 37mpg with a heavy right foot on national roads
