Thank you for providing these simple exercises. I have one question about the first exercise. When you go down your back is relatively straight. Mine goes round about when I get further than a 45° angle. Should I try to go down all the way even with a round back or should I try to go only as far down as I comfortably can with the relatively straight back?

Eventually when you bend down all the way the back is going to be a little rounded, since our spine have natural curve. But if you have rounded back when you start, it means you are not bending from your lower back. Start by keeping the lower back straight, you should feel the difference almost immediately. This will be a really helpful video for you ua-cam.com/video/hw5dcqV9epc/v-deo.html

Ma'am, what about the breathing pattern in the last set of exercises?

Once you engage your core and tuck your tailbone to the wall, just start breathing naturally. If you are already comfortable in engaging your core, then inhale when your hands go up and exhale them down.

Mother, I am an Osho sannyasi. I have already practice the Nadi Vipassan Yoga you posted and commented emotionally thanking you. Because that yoga helped to relive my long term back pain problem. I don't know if you remember me. Now I have another new problem. I meditated for up to 5 hours in one sitting a few months ago. Due to this, the blood flow in my leg decreased and I got a disease called DVD (Deep vein Thrombosis). As a result, my left leg swelled to twice its normal size from thigh to feet.
Due to this, I was unable to walk ‌and heavy pain in my left leg for almost two months and took bed rest. I was cured by allopathic treatment. However, there is still some swelling and pain in the left leg. Is there any pecific yoga to get rid of this DVD disease? If there is no separate yoga for this disease then please tell me the yoga practice that can increase the blood flow in the legs. Is there any other treatment for complete recovery from this disease? Should I add something new to my diet? Mother please help me. I will be grateful to you for this.

I am really sorry to hear about your problem. If you still have some swelling then please make sure to follow up with your doctor. Keeping good blood flow in the legs will be helpful. Walking is best for you. You will find these two videos very helpful ua-cam.com/video/8MNtob2-UYM/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/p4JUwHEW3jM/v-deo.html Also, try to avoid fried food. Try to avoid eating food that thickens blood.
