@@turksandjerps my number 1 favorite was the "raggedy" Cherokee you built with the plastic page back window; that thing is a legend in my books, number 2 would be this build, number 3 is the green 4door K10, number 4 is the mismatch colored 4 runner and number 5 is the Toyota truck with the trucker cab built onto the back of it. I know it has a name but drawing a blank but that in my opinion are my top 5. What the number 5 spot used to be was the "Kyles" monster energy drink Cherokee lol Edit tied for number 3 is also that suburban with a tire carrier on it that thing is a beast!
The one thing that's missing in so many of these scale builds is the suspension bounce and sense of weight. I was/am in the middle of building a pretty much complete from scratch by hand 4x4 frame and suspension, and I designed it so that it can support actual scale weight, and the look and feel is just so much better and more realistic. Feels amazing to control. You super talented and experienced builders should lean in that direction!
@@_trismegistus That sounds more achievable then doesn’t it? Lol. I have some trucks in that weight range and I agree they do lumber around realistically.
When I see an RC that shows the weight as the tires encounter each obstacle it is mesmerizing. Are there any videos showing how to setup the suspension?
Extra scale scenery!! Excellent job 👌
Amazing, so much respect and appreciation for the patients and talent put into these builds.
Wow! Doesn't get any more scale than that! Great job sir!
This is probably one of my top 5 favorite rig you have now
What are the others?!

Looks amazing. Thanks for sharing another of your incredible builds.
My pleasure! Thanks for watching
Awesome job on the truck and thanks for the great video. High five !!!!
High five right back at you!
You could get huge view counts by documenting the build process as well.
The same people who disliked the central people who disliked video of super jealous that they don't have a remote control Toyota tacoma
that is so impressive, pure madness, great
Love it dude.

Scale weight would make this a 500 pound truck. I don’t think the stock RC4WD foams could support that.
@@turksandjerps nope, scale weight would be around 15 lbs. When it comes to weight calculations, you take the cube root of the full scale weight!

What chassis did you put on there? I’d love to do this myself, it looks outstanding 🙏
Dope!!! Where’d you get this body?
Just absolutely perfect everything. Amazing job as always.
Thank you dear
Where can I get an RC Tacoma like this!?
Where did buy the tacoma
I'll never understand how people make those MFab bodies look so smooth. I spent like 30 hours sanding mine and it is still all lumpy.
You need about 20 hours more sanding. What method did you use to sand? By hand?
Yes, all by hand. Many grits, many layers of contrasting primer.
Well done that man... well done indeed!
Thanks!
What size tires are you running on that Taco?
Did you have to cut your own glass and lenses? or do they print with the body? Also, what interior did you use?
Beautiful vid man. Only 4/5 though due to its lack of XJs.😀
Understood! Thank you
Sweetness! Is that an MFab chassis as well?
RC4WD desert runner
Is it possible for me to buy just the ifs for a chassis?
Yes, Although this is not it, Element makes an IFS kit that fits the Enduro and SCX10 II
What paint did you use to match the army green?
Army Green
yours looks amazing but the parts are very expensive!
Thanks but not entirely too expensive for this hobby.
Honey, I shrunk the truck!
I shouldn’t have put it in the dryer
Ohio plates! Hell yeah
It's going to rust quickly because of that.
Totally cliche but I have to classify this as DOPE, (sorry grandma)
Word!
lend me one
