Hello, could you help me, I do not know what is happening with the work I am doing. I am doing the tests with my icolor 550 and when I make the union of the transparent paper with the sheet that has the glue. When I take the ink from the transparent sheet off the plate, everything sticks to the paper. Can someone tell me where is the error? The machine is at 300 degrees hot and I set the bonding of papers to 120 seconds, then I made another attempt with less time and the ink still sticks to the white paper that has the glue.
One problem usually is the marrying of A and B and removing them off the heat press (hot silicone). They must be peeled while on the hot silicone pad right after pressing or the paper will cool too much and transfer incorrectly. Not comprehensive answer but noticed this was a major issue for most starting this product.
You look like the expert after just a few vids I've see on this, so I'll pick your brain. I'm starting off with wanting to do my own merch designs for myself, maybe for profit in the future. I have no equipment yet. I want to start with the absolute basics for this and learn from it before moving on to the various transfer types (puff, digital, blah, blah and blah). Is this process really as basic as buying the inkjet printer, heat press, and printing web-based (online, wallpapers, designed graphics, etc) on the vinyl paper, then transferring it onto the merch with the heat press? Thanks! =).
A $300 color laser printer that sells for $3,700. That's quite a racket they've got going on. So the extra $3,400 is for what? The RIP software and some white toner? LOL at that.
Probably the best and most informative video about this topic that I've ever seen. Great job

Looks like you’d waste a lot of time on just one shirt
About 4 times more than for polyester t-shirts printed with sublimation ink..
