    I have a toddler who loves big machinery -- all your videos are a huge hit! As a parent I appreciate that your videos are free from inappropriate language! He calls you Mr.DigIt and points out the names of various big machinery when he sees it in books, on clothing, or when we drive by construction sites. Thank you and keep it up!

    Pond dams were what brought me to your channel a few years ago. They are still my favorite. Something about moving that amount of earth coupled with creating something so useful and beautiful gets me. Sorry to see this one done...but I bet your not. The rain delayed gratification on this one for far too long. Great job as usual. Appreciate your perfectionistic ways. Looking forward to the next. It will probably will be smaller, don't know how it could be much bigger. This one was a beast!

    Glad to see you back on the "big dig". After that last video I thought for sure you'd be having to set up some siphon pipe to finish the thing! You'll definitely have to come back when it's full, clear and grass growing around the edge to show us the truly finished product.

    At least they don't have to worry about Gators up there.
    To bad they didn't leave a big tree near the edge for a rope swing to fly into the pond next to the beach and attach a water slide to 😄😎

    That lake needs a little underwater structure and some largemouth, bluegill, channel catfish, and shiners. Maybe crappie. It seems the owners want it more for the look and atmosphere than fishing.
    Feed the bluegill so they grow fast and let the others live on shiners and in 4 years you'll have bass topping 7 pounds. They would probably be fat, too. They might top 8. 😁✌️🎣🎣🎣😍

    My neighbor built his pond ontop of a bunch of old coal mines that hadnt been used in many years. Everything was fine for 15 years until a saturday . The cows were bawling and he found out why. The pond had disappeared. The weight of the water had pushed into one of the old mine tunnels and completely drained the pond overnight.

    • @cvollot2769
      @cvollot2769 5 років тому +1

      ted coffman that’s the risk if you build something like a pond by yourself without knowledge of geology and in the case of your neighbor any maps or documents of the topography of this old mine. Hope the cows get a new pond in another place now.

    Did you dig out the little dam you had made above the driveway before it the lake flooded early?
    When you are riding side slope, I swear at times it looks like you should be rolling over, I know the center of gravity versus the width of the machine will allow it but have you ever rolled one doing side slope?

      I go to Great Oaks it's a trade school, the class I'm in teaches heavy equipment, I've had a Dozer on a 60° slope, slope grading and it was super sketchy, makes you sit sideways on your seat and even then it wouldn't flip, after a while you just get used to that kinda stuff😂😂
