A super fun and not-so-heavy-impact workout! But DON'T BE FOOLED! Did this after a two-week pause in my workout, thinking "oh, not so much weights, this will be an easy new start", and now writing this next day, I have aches in my legs where I have never before felt anything 😅 So I definitely recommend this, even for someone with a longer history of leg workouts! Thank you Heather! I will be looking out for more leg workouts that have some targeted moves for calves! 🩷👀

Felt this one. 💪🏼..Normally i am a counter when it comes to my workout. Each side i have to do the same amount. Its a mental thing. But this hit different. Having to keep the side im working on "awake/moving" was tough for two rounds each without another workout in-between. Did it! Thanks Heather for keeping my legs looking good! 👏🏼

It’s the day after I completed this workout and my glutes are so sore I have to sit down extremely slowly 😂 I love unilateral leg workouts because these really allow me to focus on my imbalances. I also have recurring ITBS and these are the workouts my PT makes me do so I’m so happy with this home workout! Thank you!
Loved this one! Loved the format of doing all Left then all Right. Also loved doing each exercise back to back. Love knowing once this round is complete, I never have to do this exercise again! Again thanks for the longer workout and welcome back the weight recommendation in the lower left hand corner😊

Woah. This is a real challenge! My first impression when I realised I'll need to repeat all excercises consecutively was oh nooo. Then when almost done with one side and I saw the last excercise... I almost cried. Really. Thanks Heather for keeping us in shape from time to time!
