since I found these 3 years ago, i buy them up whenever I can, and like them as much as grapefruit. Healthy is key.
They are a wonderful fruit
I bought a 5 pound sack from Costco there amazing seedless. I'm a chef so I supremed them and noticed I didn't have to. So I used my knive on the skin and cut them like a tomato. These are great for salads.
This sounds delicious! Do you have any ideas of a salad recipe this would go great with?
I told my son they taste like strawberries they do have a berry taste and are extremely sweet 🥰🥰
i have a cara cara tree growing in my back yard that are the awesome. much beter then store bought. we leave them on for a long time before we pick them .
If it takes a seed to grow a tree, how do “seedless” come about?
The ones we're getting here in Tennessee don't taste like berries, they taste like grapefruit but sweeter. In fact I just did a search to find out if there was actually grapefruit involved in their creation. It's funny I see people asking if they're related and people chastising them and saying they don't taste like grapefruit.
To me they definitely taste like grapefruit and smell more like it than an orange but with the sweetness of an orange. I like them but I prefer navels. Unfortunately I haven't seen any in months.
I am from Bangladesh, can I get your cara cara orange seedlings?
Dude, we can buy them almost anywhere
@@WhatPlantisthatPaul you didn't really answer his question.... at all to be honest.
@@bigxconthere are 100s and thousands of nurseries in Bangladesh and India that sell all kind of citrus variety plants including Cara Cara. Why would they ask someone from the US to send them a seedling 😂
