Sunkist put out some bags of small blood oranges at my local grocery a few weeks ago. They were INCREDIBLE. I am so sad that they were there for such a short amount of time. One thing I found in Cara Cara's is that they often have tiny wedges near the bottom that sit like a second orange within the main orange, and they are SO SWEET. Delicious.
Which one could you eat more of/one you liked better?
@@lawngevity3295 when the blood oranges are at their best, I prefer them, but the store has restocked them several times now, and their quality is very unpredictable. The cara cara oranges have been almost as good as top quality blood oranges, but they're far more reliably at their best.

I thought they where normal oranges and I was forced to buy them because no more other oranges but they taste good much sweeter than a normal orange and less sour
Are Sat Suma mandarin oranges good compared to Clementine mandarin oranges?
James Rutherford hi! I love and prefer Satsuma Mandarins during December v Clementines - easier to peel and bolder flavor. But Satsuma Mandarins can be hit or miss in flavor/quality at the bringing of the season (November) and end (January). During February and March I really like the flavor of Tango and Murcott mandarins from California - they are often just sold as “California Mandarins” .
