Gday Ant. Very happy with all the finds. Very pleased with the 1/2 penny and that is my second opium pipe. Cool little spot there. Thanks for watching mate 👍😁
Gday Helen and Rob. Some good finds there. Very happy with the Hibernia. There is always something to add to the list. Was good to talk. Hopefully next time 😁👍
Hi Andrew, I would never expect that Hibernia KG3 to pop up in your neck of the woods, cracking little find, that M8 coil is working wonders, I would get one but they're out of stock here at the moment and thank you so much for the shout out with your terret ring, appreciate that my friend, hope to get together when you're over next, give our love to Viv. ATB Bill and Julie X
Gday Bill and Julie. It was a surprise to me too. Just glad I knew of their existence to figure out what it was. Do love the Mate coil. Supply for them at times is a bit hit and miss. Well worth getting one if you were thinking about it. No worries about the shout out. We are going to the Rodney Cooke and Detectorvil so will be in your area. Would be great to catch up and go for a swing too. My people can talk to your people and work out the fine details. Take care you two 🦘🦘😁👍
Congratulations Andrew on finding that amazing Hibernia halfpenny. Your latest detecting location looks like it has some potential for some more coins and relics. I look forward to seeing what else you find from this spot. Cheers!
Gday Luke. Was very happy to find the 1/2 penny. The location is not a bad one. It will be interesting to see what else can be found there. Thanks for watching. Take care mate 😁👍
G’day Andrew, they were some nice finds 😁 the Irish coin was definitely cool ……My Mums side of the family migrated here from Ireland The opium pipe piece was cool ( bit of a sad history attached but cool relic 😅 I’m glad you knew what is was, I wouldn’t have, I liked the word. “Partifact” 😂😂
Gday William. Very happy with the coin. Was on the bucket list. Thought I would only get one in the UK. You are right about the pipe. Cool and sad. I don’t think people will think it is cool to find a syringe in 150 years to put it back n some sort of prospective. Did not coin the word partifact but it does describe stuff well. Take care mate 😁👍
I bet you didn’t wake up that morning and think you’d be saying Hibernia half penny later in the day!! Bloody stoked for you. Cheering 📣 Bucketlister!! 😊
Big congrats on finding a seemingly rare coin your way, that coin traveled half way across the world only to be dropped and luckily found by yourself. Absolutely well found mate 😀👌👍👋 Tony
Gday Tony. Was very chuffed to find it. Yes it has a great history behind it. Very pleased with it indeed. Happy with the other finds too. Hope you are travelling well. Take care mate 🦘🦘👍😁
Karen's writing to the council already...We know what you did last week...Doesn't have the same ring as Summer!...Another great vid Viv and thankyou Andrew for the manual labour/information
Gday Karl. Glad you enjoyed the video. Was happy with what came out of the ground. Never know what will pop up. Some interesting bits and pieces. Thanks for watching. Take care mate 😁👍
Another great adventure Professor and Viv. Some lovely finds especially the 1805 Hibernia half penny. My wife got me a x terra pro for Christmas. Now waiting for the doctor to give me the all clear, to get out and detect after about 25 year break getting itchy feet. Keep up the great work and see you on the next one. Cheers 👌👌👌👍👍👍👍🤜🤛
Gday Joe. Very happy with the 1/2 penny. Congrats on the Christmas present. As you know, Bruce has done a bit with the pro. Good solid machine. Hope you find heaps of great things with it. Take care mate 😁👍
No matter where you go in the world, no matter what machine you use, a molten piece of aluminium will always always give a good signal. Horrible stuff! Great to see you unearthing Georgian and Victorian coins. Keep up the great work
Gday Gareth. Ain’t that the truth. Bloody stuff 😂😂. That is about as far back as we go down here for European coins. Will often get 1635 Chinese coins though too. Thanks for watching. Take care mate 🦘🦘😁👍
Got the first like in 5 seconds, although slower on the verbiage frontage. We'd relocated our Nox 600 to recharge it but it's still on 3 bars, full. Instigated by a breakout of cooler weather, compared to the Darwinian humid heat of only the one day earlier. Thinking of the Bowman's or "Chinaman's" Track up past Beaconsfield, not giving anything away in generality. Hooray on the Hibernia!
Gday Gabi. Get out while you can. The heat and the mozzies are a killer here in central Vic. Good luck with the swinging and thanks for watching. Take care mate 👍😁
Some interesting bits and pieces there Andrew.I too found one of those Hibernia Half Pennies a couple years back in about the same condition as yours. Correction - I dug another one at an old pub site over 30 years ago - and that one was in worse condition. Also nice last hole banger too.Mate coil is awesome. Well done and catch you again next time.
Gday Gary. Glad that the 1/2 penny did have a bit of detail left on it to figure out what it was. Very happy with the find. It is always nice to be able to finish on something that you reckon is good. Thanks for watching. Take care mate 😁👍
Wonder what journey that Hibernian coin took to get to your shovel Andrew! Brilliant video as always mate!! Some very cool finds, sights & sounds! Happy days! Take care my friends
Gday Marcus. Very pleased that the coin had enough detail that I could see what it was and that I knew about them. Not a bad little site. Bird life around in the bushes is amazing. You take care too cobber🦘🦘👍😁
Partifact ?... OK! I may have missed a couple of classes And I might have changed my B to A But I think I lost my glasses Before I went to class that day. But im sure ill find out everything If I just hang around CBK will teach me Digging history From the ground... Congratulations on the Hibernia, That will save you a few dollars in travelling money, Great find! I was thinking candlestick holder, not Opium pipe, but a match is required for both. And that wasn't a hook, It was the top part of a question mark, which was appropriate sitting next that boxey cap end diamondy thing. Did you see that! My education is coming along just fine! As for all of that written above, I give it a D...Cheers Andrew, Cheers Viv! Hooray!
Gday Wayne. Very happy with all the finds. Nice to get a bucket lister. The opium pipe was a surprise to find and then Viv found a photo of the exact type. Glad you enjoyed watching. Always good to have you back. Take care mate 😁👍
Wishing you a happy New Year and lots of amazing finds for you throughout it CBK. Love the George III 1805 half penny! Incredible. Well done. Is that the oldest coin you have found? Could you do us a video or a segment in one, of your favorite finds and why and the type of location you found it in i.e old camp ground, diggings, rubbish dump etc? I would enjoy that.
Happy new year to you too. I was very happy with the 1/2 penny. I often find old Chinese coins that are around the 1635 mark which is really cool but they aren’t worth that much and some are in brilliant condition. I won’t promise anything about the segment or video but I will keep it in mind. Thanks for watching. Take care mate 😁👍
Gday Daniel. I haven’t used a Deus so I can’t comment on it. Both the Nox and the manticore are great machines. If the budget allows, go the manticore. If it doesn’t, go the Nox. Thanks for watching 😁👍

Manticore
Equinox 900
Deus 2
What’s the better detector for Australia?
Gday Daniel. I haven’t used a Deus so I can’t comment on it. Both the Nox and the manticore are great machines. If the budget allows, go the manticore. If it doesn’t, go the Nox. Thanks for watching 😁👍
Thanks Andrew, keep up the great work 😎
