Did not know that the water from a dry coconut was good to consume..my mom always use to say that it will hurt your stomach

There are those who have a problem digesting sugars so drinking coconut water may affect them causing them to feel bloated. So certain foods are what is called FODMAP foods, FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly.
