Just a little tip tasty producers Line the bottom of the steamer with Pandan leaves (if you have them) before steaming so that the sticky rice become more aromatic /fragrant I'm Malaysian Btw we call it pulut arun

Jonah Safern i don’t think they meant by the origin! I think by that where is falafel most eaten. Its true Middle Eastern or Arabs do eat Falafel or tamyah frequently despite its Egyptian origin.

Its just odd to see it since we associate adobo to a certain process that we grew up with. Kinda like when a place you know and love gets remodeled and you go "Huh?" coz it feels weird not to see what you normally see.

In Egypt , we make falafel with fava beans instead of chickpeas and we called it taamiya , I see it much tastier than Levant version
Live in Saudi Arabia and they have taamiya the falafel is crunchy and the tahini is not that brown this doesn't look appetising at all
