I was tying up some stiff booms with crimps, and I started to get concerned with slippage of the ends through the crimps. I know it shouldn’t happen if you do them properly, but I realised that if you push the tag end right thru and then blob the end with a lighter, you can pull this back down to the crimp and then crimp it and there is now way it can ever pull through. Potential problem solved
Great idea I was wondering how you joined the ends but when you said you melted the ends that solved my problem .Tym .keep them coming don't like carp Tax mate 😠
Yes that’s the easy solution, I used to keep towel in bucket but fed up with the noise of the lid coming off at night All other bait and food is secured at night Cheers
+1 Weil's disease! It's rare but not unknown. Rats leave a trail of urine to mark where they have been. 1 of my local 'puddle' complexes is absolutely crawling coz they get easy food.
