I kinda get it about "never been scared" in Seoul. I am a Muslim girl and have been to Seoul on my own and I felt safe exploring the city on my own (except that one time I went back quite late 😅) . I just came from your Summer in Seoul vlog where at the end you talk about the difficulties you've been having recently and the emotions you've been dealing with and it was very comforting to know that I am not alone in feeling the same things. I am a 22 year old from London who was intending to move to Seoul in the spring just passed, however due to Covid I had to cancel the teaching job I had gotten and I've been back living with my parents for the last 4 months, locked-down. Seeing everything that has been happening in the world and being back at home has brought up so many emotions and has had me questioning so many of my life choices, but watching your videos has kept me motivated towards my goal of moving to Korea, given me hope and confidence as a solo female traveller and also helped provide a soothing and relaxing distraction when I am feeling particularly down. Thank you so much for everything you do, and I hope you have a great week!

I live in Delhi, India and to walk alone at night is dangerous here. I mean I do because you can’t just stop living but it is quite dangerous. So, I would love to live in a city where you can travel alone without the constant fear for your safety. Also, even though Delhi has forests and things they are so far (because Delhi is so so big) and you can’t frequent them at all. Also, going alone to forests is almost like asking for trouble. 😔 I think I would love to move to Seoul even if it’s just to spend time in forests alone. 😬
Where I live is winter season but it's not noticible because I live near the Equator Zone in the South Hemisphere. It's always hot and sunny all over the year in Amazon. Drink a lot of water in the warmer days Cari! Hugs from Brazil ☀️☀️☀️

I saw the notification for this video pop up at 3 am and I was like no you have to sleep! So here I am the next day. The restaurants in the river remind me of a place nct members went to eat in their vlog. Maybe it was in this area. This park is amazing✨🍃 PS I get it the places you visit look so much like spirited away I would be scared too lol😂❤️

Omg September is the BEST time!! Honestly a blessing in disguise that you rescheduled. This month is all rain and extreme heat/humidity but September and October is the most beautiful time to be in korea!!!
I’m not in love with moths either (childhood moth in ear trauma, lol). I would never have made it an inch into that tunnel. Also, Midsomer, loved the movie but I got motion sick watching it. I think it was similar to being on an acid trip, Thanks for showing all the sculptures. Love the inspiration.
There was a cartoon in the 90s called Street Sharks where the sharks had buff limbs lol im sure that statue wasnt a reference to the show, but it totally gave me a flashback :)
Love this! Wish I had gone there when I was there 😭 Also, have you ever been to the Book Park in Bundang? That's another fun place to wander that has some cool installations, mostly a lot of interesting sculptures. It also has a little historic hanok and a couple grave sites and, ofc, a library 😍 Also a very large pond(or very small lake) with beautiful and massive Koi 🤩 Great little place to wander around with a 수박아이스 ❤💚
that part where you said it feel safe to do things by your own in Korea. i walked for a long distance alone at night along the Han,chilled at a convenience store at Jamsil park with strangers. and i was never worried,that i might get mugged,or be bothered. it felt peaceful.
the music when you found all the butterflies in the tunnel 😂 I've had a paralyzing phobia of butterflies all my life so I related SO MUCH. So nice to get to walk around with you while I'm stuck at home for the fourth month in a row without going out
i had to pause 10mins in suddenly i said "why is Cari wearing her mask all this time!??" hahaha glad i fond someone else who gets freaked out around Moths or Butterflies! i call it my Moth Phobia! i just find them really creepy and i don't like that once they've touched you while flying by they'll keep flying back at you!!
This is super nice to watch you walking in the park but I would be terrified of being alone in the middle of nowhere, I can't go camping or hiking because of this☹️
That park was magical ^.^ but yeah I would also be secretly afraid of wandering into another realm.. which is kinda crazy, because it's so cool when it happens in books 😅

It also has a little historic hanok and a couple grave sites and, ofc, a library 😍 Also a very large pond(or very small lake) with beautiful and massive Koi 🤩 Great little place to wander around with a 수박아이스 ❤💚

that part where you said it feel safe to do things by your own in Korea. i walked for a long distance alone at night along the Han,chilled at a convenience store at Jamsil park with strangers. and i was never worried,that i might get mugged,or be bothered. it felt peaceful.

i had to pause 10mins in suddenly i said "why is Cari wearing her mask all this time!??" hahaha glad i fond someone else who gets freaked out around Moths or Butterflies! i call it my Moth Phobia! i just find them really creepy and i don't like that once they've touched you while flying by they'll keep flying back at you!!

I thought I was the only one who has the imaginative mind that runs mind whenever alone. I always imagine someone's gonna pop up like an ogre or some mystical creature whenever I walked through a forest trail. That is why I always plan out my "emergency exit". lol
