The one thing that truly annoys me about Thrive Market, and that'll keep me from rejoining is that when you want to cancel it's not an easy process. There's no cancel button. You have to get in touch with a customer service person, and often times you have to wait in a queue, and once you finally get a person they attempt to swindle you and waste more of your time. People should be able to easily just cancel during times they're not using it as much. It doesn't make sense to pay the fee if the account is not being used, but it doesn't mean that some of us wouldn't return. I would return if I didn't feel like they were purposely trying to trap people (especially now when people's wallets are thinner than usual). Beware of this peeps.
We've found whipped coconut butter at ALDI in their butter section. If you're wanting to cut down on carbs, cube some chicken and fry it in the coconut butter. It tastes almost like fried chicken with a coconut flavor.
First posting of your's I've seen and well done! It's really good you're trying to eat better and you bought a lot of healthy items for sure. Unfortunately eating better does cost sometimes a lot more but we do the best we can to lessen that. The ingredients in your items are so much better for our bodies tho so that's a huge plus!
I can so relate to the cost issue. I really want to go fully organic and health conscious in food choices but financially it is not feasible. So we want to try Thrive Market and like you said ration it out with additional fresh fruit and veggies. I eat as much organic in fruits and veggies as possible but again healthy eating can be expensive. I have decided that with all of my health and especially tummy illnesses I need to realize that my health is worth the expense. With that said I can only do what my finances will allow. Your video was refreshing because I know you do also need to watch the prices. So often I will watch people who do hauls from Thrive and other such places and they seem to have no financial cares ever. It’s nice to see your haul which seems to be from someone that lives like most of people do. Thank you and please continue to share future hauls.
So as far as organic goes look up dirty dozen and clean 15 the list gets updated every year. Focus on the dirtiest foods and what you eat the most of. Corn, soy, peppers, peanuts tomato's, berries, lettuces, all dairy, eggs and meat are the things to focus on . So things like califlower, broccoli, cabbage, and carrots by traditional. Good for you for attempting to make better choices! I highly recommend watching and following FlavCity on UA-cam
I’ve been wanting to try Thrive! Enjoyed the haul... I love primal kitchen products, They never disappoint with flavor and their ingredients are awesome!
Please do a video on how you’re counting calories and carbs etc. I know everyone’s plan is specific to them with their medical stuff and their height weight etc but with so many of us needing to lose weight to genuinely be healthier i would love to hear a bit more in depth with what you’re doing/ eating etc.
Primal kit hen ketchup is so good! find at target and Walmart. It is way above our budget for sure but may find cool healthy snacks to throw in lunches
hi, tiffanie! it's good to gradually make changes and have the kiddos aware that there are limits on snack quantities. i've not ordered from thrive but will look at them when my stock of gf flour and items are running low. a lot of what i get are out of stock with amazon and seller stores really want way too much for products. take care, stay safe, well and sane! ~k
Try the good pops ice pops for the kids I love ice pops and they are all fruit juice and delicious!! I just ordered my second box! And Thrive coconut aminos is my favorite!!! Try thrive market ghee is excellent great price and the regenerative coconut oil is amazing! Nut pods shelf stable toasted marshmallow very good! And Acure skin care! Just do 1 tablespoon of ACV with half glass of water try some raw honey, chomps are the way to go beef sticks
I have been wanting to join as well but the cost has been the hold up. I am trying to switch my family over to eating healthier as well. Thanks for showing what you ordered!
@@SimpleWifeSimpleLife it definitely does if you're not used to it. I do 1oz acv 1oz oj for shot size. Its fast and over with quick if you dont like it😃 I have been drinking it for so long now it doesn't bother me anymore . I like it with some water now every morning easier on stomach some days.👍🏻
I'm kind of weird, I love vinegar straight, but I know a lot of people can manage it better with a bit of honey or ginger added to the water with it. Another option is to make salad dressing with it or any other dip when you won't be heating it.
Some of the stuff will last a while, the probiotics were a decent chunk of cost. I see it as an initial investment and then we can re-order faves and try new things each month for a more reasonable cost.
Hey Tiffanie!! Great haul. I'm definitely going to check out Thrive. Hubby and I are trying to eat healthier. Please tell us which are good and not so good. Have a great evening/ day. Continue to stay safe. PS they have Apple cider pills you can try.
Looks like you found some interesting things to try. I don’t like any of the apple cider drinks, but I can tolerate it as a vinaigrette or in marinades. Since I usually do at least 1 salad a day and maybe a side of roasted Vega it works for me. Just an FYI for anyone where price is an issue- Kroger has the simple truth version, also organic with the mother for like $4 for 32 oz. I am brand picky on some condiments but I can’t tell a difference with this.
wow tiffanie. that was a huge haul from thrive. please let us know, as you try each item, how you like them. looking forward to hearing your opinion on these products.
Please let me know how the mayo is. I’ve heard it’s great but I didn’t want to waste my money in case it’s awful. I would have bought store brand also.
Nothing wrong with trying to eat healthier and snacks are important. I am waiting for things to calm down for me so I can go back to keto. Right now it’s just not an option.
Okay that ghee spray is probably awesome howeverrrr...I think you would love this - it’s an olive oil spray(er) You add your own oil and reuse the sprayer!! It’s super eco friendly and you can use whatever oil you prefer. Misto Brushed Aluminum Oil Sprayer - 5061116 www.amazon.com/dp/B00004SPZV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_bI1WEbFN2MN1J I think you’d definitely enjoy it
I plan to, yes! So far the kids loved the cauliflower puffs. Jack liked the Banana Spirulina crookies - Alice ate hers with a bit of PB. The FieldTrip beef sticks are good! The Lime SeaSnax were delish. Will keep trying others!
the creamer for that califia (spelling?) if you like sweeter creamers that one is not it and nut pods are on bitter side :-( I just reduce my creamer and use what I like
Ya know....that's what I'm finding :( I didn't care much for the Califia and really thought I would based on the description! I was hoping maybe it's an acquired taste.
@@SimpleWifeSimpleLife yeah now that you say you dont like it I'll be honest lol 🤣 its gross lol both pod and califia. I had gotten like 4 or 5 of califia and they wouldnt take it back (local store)
I would love to try that tomato paste! Hope it is good. Today I made your sausage, pepper, tomato paste and cream cheese spaghetti sauce! It was my second time and it is such a good recipe! Thanks for sharing. I have also sent it to a couple of girl friends, too! Let us know please if the tomato paste is good! Thanks :)

I have a lot of health issues and try to avoid processed stuff... mainly for my kids BUT we still have a bag of cheese doritos in the pantry and a package of oreos ...its all about balance I feel. Do what you can and that's so much better than not... thank you for this! I was just LITERALLY talking to the hubby about really signing up for this since Brandless is no longer right now (really loved them before they canceled memberships and introduced more that was over the $3 price point) Oh I love using coconut aminos vs soy sauce inn things

Chelsey Parker I did today! :)
Tammy Therrien how was it?
you can look at em

I just joined Thrive and this video was VERY HELPFUL. I found a bunch of items I saved for my next order to try.
Glad it was helpful!

I love bobos!!!! The lemon poppyseed oat bars are so yummy!!!!! Nut free and I'm pretty sure gluten free. Really filling bars
I like lemon so those sound good!
Try Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice and a little honey with the vinegar..and drink through a straw cause acid can mess up your teeth..I do it everyday
I did use a straw because I knew about the teeth thing!
Primal kit hen ketchup is so good! find at target and Walmart. It is way above our budget for sure but may find cool healthy snacks to throw in lunches
our walmart doesn't carry any Primal Kitchen but I haven't been to target in ages so I'm not sure of that!
Placed a thrive order. Excited to see what we like. Thanks for sharing!

I understand that for sure.
I love the chipotle lime mayo!!! I can find it at pretty much every store but, it's so expensive.
I'm excited to try it!
I mix my apple cider vinegar with orange juice and water for a breakfast drink or just oj and take like shot if im running low on time.
OJ would probably help!

Did your kids like the oat bites?? My kids eat garbage because they’re 4 and 7 and I’m trying my best to find alternative healthy options lol
