I too, have gained weight so I am also counting my calories and “try” not to go over. Myfitnesspal app pairs with my Apple watch so I track my steps and also bought a home scale. It’s sooo hard sometimes but we got this!

Great haul!
I use the Zero Carb unflavored Isopure whey protein powder. I usually dump that into a cold coffee/almond milk concoction. Also the vital protiens collagen powder you can get at Costco is good for dumping into drinks to add some protein.

Can you do an update video on your health regarding Behçet’s? I was diagnosed with it two months ago, just started methotrexate and I’m now I’m just really sick and losing motivation :/
Oh girl, I'm so sorry to hear this. Most of my symptoms are either under control with meds or in remission at the moment. I haven't had a bad flareup in a while. What symptoms are you presenting with? My energy and motivation comes and goes depending on the day. My joint pain is treated with multiple meds. I take Imuran as an overall immunosuppressant, as well as Humira injections 2x a month to help with inflammation in the eyes as well as my secondary diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis (arthritis in the back).
I ain't buying meat both Kroger and Walmart are absolutely insane! 12-15$+ for hamburger. Chicken is 8-11$
