About 4 years ago i came across these lovely people i was a butcher for 34 years and obviously i love Chinese food but it wasn't until i brought there books that i could cook real Chinese food at home and there books make it so simple to understand, my family and friends love coming to mine for dinner as they can't believe that I've made a delicious Chinese meal and wonder how!, it's all down to there bible's cook books, a great review as always 👋👋👋

Hey there! I like to mix my starch and other powders in a plastic bag. Then you can toss in anything you want coated, give it a shake, and you're good to go!

Do this easier😂 ALDI gastro chicken tenders, cook them for 15 minutes at 200 degrees in the air fryer. Start by making the glaze in your frying pan! brown off your onions with a pinch of salt and MSG. Add 100ml of water, 1 TBS white rice vinegar, 3/4 TBS of Lee Kum Kee chillie bean sauce (Toban Djan), 4 TBS tomato ketchup, 1 TBS double concentrated orange squash, 3 TBS granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of MSG. Reduce this down and add your sliced peppers (I like yellow😁) Then add the chicken tenders from the air fryer and stir in. Sprinkle seasame seeds. Enjoy! Thank you for your channel! If you have multiple dishes to make and /or just wanna make this quick. try it😋
Ha! See, I'm the sort that used to order crazy amounts of Chinese food if I knew I was going to have a hangover the next morning. Yup, would eat it for breakfast. Half the stuff I couldn't even remember the name of and then would get annoyed because I hadn't written it down and next time wanted the same stuff :D Eventually I perfected it though, night on the piss, order crazy amounts of Chinese food and remember to get a copy of the reciept haha
Let the batter sit on the meat for 20 mins in the fridge and it can be easier to deal with in an air-fryer and shake it after at least 3/4 of it's cook time or carfully turn in, trial and error

Air fryers are decent, they’ll never beat deep fried. But - if you’re trying to not be constantly eating deep fried things, this helps.

I was told you shouldn’t use sprays like fry light on non stick as it recents with the coating and it will come off.
