- For the first time on Yes and Explore we're travelling by luxury bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur!
We're leaving Singapore behind us after two days and are heading to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We thought about flying, but we chose the Transtar Travel Luxury bus from Singapore instead. In this First Class bus everyone has an individual adjustable seat, a fold-out table and a tv screen. Food and drinks are also included.
Our total bus journey took 7 hours with departure from the Golden Mile Complex in Singapore to Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur.

Is anything needed beside passport and Malaysia arrival card at the time of immigration as we won't be having visa as visa is on arrival

Make sure you check the website if your country is eligible for visa on arrival and if it is, then you only need a passport valid for 6 months or longer and the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) For Foreign Visitors filled in 1-3 days beforehand!

For your info, you are not entering KL. It is JB. Kl is 5 to 6 hours away.

How many hours did the trip take?
Hello Hakeem it took us around 7 hours without any delays and pretty fast customs!
What was the luggage allowance on this luxury bus? Can a passenger carry 2 suitcases 15 + 7 kgs. respectively?
When we travelled we could take one bigger suitcase and a smaller one so 15+7 should not be a problem but always ask the company just to be 100% sure!
is there a weight limit for luggage when u check in for the bus ?
To our knowledge there was no weight limit but only 1 suitcase and maybe a smaller one! Check the website of the provider to be 100%! Things can change all the time.
