@@pakdiamondtravels you can check out the many bus ticket offices/counters at Golden Mile and buy on the spot OR travel in to Johor into Larkin Sentral Bas Terminal to get tickets in ringgit currency.

@@menutokitchen Thanks. What documents are required by Malaysian Border other than passport/Visa. Secondly is there any restriction that if someone enter Singapore by air and exit by road?

I got on there. Very smooth journey. More comfortable than KKKL

The bus you boarded was actually relatively new - around 8 months old :)
Yes! We were told of this info when we purchased the ticket, overall not bad. I guess persuading passengers not to eat inside the bus really helps to keep the interior clean.
I think compulsory for every tour coach to have a 'Tour Guide' in Malaysia.
